COMPANY CODE OF CONDUCT

As a valued member of W&W Galam Corporation - 80 Degrees KTV Bar, Virtue Luxury
Lounge, The Cave Karaoke Lounge, WF Galam Music Lounge, WF Galam Pharmacy, you
are an essential part of our commitment to operating with integrity and excellence. Our
Company Code of Conduct is designed to guide and support you in making the best
decisions in your daily work activities.

What is the Code of Conduct?

The Code of Conduct is a comprehensive document that outlines the principles and
expectations for behavior within our company. It serves as your rule book, detailing the dos
and don'ts that are vital for maintaining our company’s standards of professionalism, ethics,
and legal compliance.

Purpose of the Code

● Guidance for Excellence: The code is your roadmap to understanding how to perform
your role effectively while upholding our company’s values and ethics.
● Framework for Decision Making: It provides a clear framework to help you navigate
through various professional situations with integrity and responsibility.
● Promoting a Positive Workplace: By adhering to the code, you contribute to a positive,
respectful, and productive work environment for everyone.

Responsibility to Stay Informed

● A Working Document: The Code of Conduct is a living document, which means it will
be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, industry standards, and our
company policies.
● Proactive Engagement: It is your duty to be proactive in staying informed about these
updates. Regularly reviewing the Code ensures that you are always aligned with the
latest guidelines.
● No Excuses for Non-Compliance: Ignorance of the latest standards and practices
outlined in the Code will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance.

Universal Application: This Code applies to all employees, including full-time, part-time,

Other analogous causes are also penalized according to the gravity of the
offense, under the discretion of the employee, after due investigation.

Administrative action shall be initiated by the employer by serving upon the


employee a Notice to Explain (first notice) which shall state the offenses committed
and the details of the incident and instructing the employee to write, within five
days from receipt of the notice, an explanation why he/she must not be penalized.
After due investigation, the employer shall then serve the employee with a notice of
decision (2nd notice). In case of termination, the employee’s final pay shall only be
released upon the completion of clearance requirements.

Remarks:

This Company Code of Conduct has been revised and is effective as of November 20, 2022.
All employees are required to review, familiarize themselves with, and stay proactively
updated on these updated provisions. It is the responsibility of each employee to be aware of
any updates or additions to the Company Code of Conduct.

Non-compliance or violations due to a lack of awareness or failure to stay updated on these


changes will not be excused. Employees are expected to take an active role in ensuring their
understanding and adherence to the revised Code of Conduct. The Company reserves the
right to make further revisions as necessary to reflect changes in company policy, legal
requirements, or business needs.
