are an essential part of our commitment to operating with integrity and excellence. Our
Company Code of Conduct is designed to guide and support you in making the best
decisions in your daily work activities.
The Code of Conduct is a comprehensive document that outlines the principles and
expectations for behavior within our company. It serves as your rule book, detailing the dos
and don'ts that are vital for maintaining our company’s standards of professionalism, ethics,
and legal compliance.

Other analogous causes are also penalized according to the gravity of the
offense, under the discretion of the employee, after due investigation.
Remarks:
This Company Code of Conduct has been revised and is effective as of November 20, 2022.
All employees are required to review, familiarize themselves with, and stay proactively
updated on these updated provisions. It is the responsibility of each employee to be aware of
any updates or additions to the Company Code of Conduct.
