Dear Sir,

Please note that the quote Supply, Deliver and Installation of wooden door and metal door in addition,
labor transportation, food and accommodation shall be included in your price . Please Consider the
following notes :

Material: Single and Double leaf solid wooden door with hardwood veneer.and metal door

Finish : hardwood veneer finish with powder coated galvanize steel frame and metal sheet on powder
coated galvanize steel frame.

Thermal Insulation : shall be included

PVC CAP and Rubber Silencer shall be included

All materials shall be subject to consultant approval and client acceptance.

the Accepted payment terms as following :

1)10% advance payment 2) 100% progress payment 50% after delivery will be
paid after 30 days and 50% after installation will be paid after 30 days 3) 10%
retention 5% after Initial HO of building and 5% after final HO of building

Please note that there is an alternative line option available on system. you may need to use if you need
to present your exact description.
