Greetings in the name of Public Service!

I am writing on behalf of the newly appointed officials who have been chosen to serve in the
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of our community. We are excited and proud to prepare our youth
leaders for their roles and responsibilities.

As part of their preparation, the Municipality of Santa Ignacia, in coordination with the Department
of Interior and Local Government (DILG), has organized the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory
Training (SKMT), which is an essential component of their tenure. Memorandum Circular No.
2023-156 was issued by DILG which states that SK officials must complete the SK Mandatory
Training (SKMT) before taking up their posts. The SKMT is designed to equip our newly appointed
officials with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective governance and youth leadership.

Given the importance of this training, we kindly request your understanding and support in
excusing the following individuals from their regular duties, responsibilities, or commitments for
the duration of the SK Mandatory Training on December 6, 2023 (Wednesday):
