As the APAC Business Intelligence business partner to Korea BU, deliver clear narratives which embed
performance understanding and proactively find opportunities. Strong translator of data to insights to
action, gaining organization followership.

Lead business performance reviews with India team to enable shared understanding of commercial
momentum and data-driven decisions.

As owner of Korea consumer sales reporting, ensure data integrity in data collection and extrapolation
to full market.

Within APAC BI team, lead/contribute to sprint-based activities relating to: development of

performance review dashboards, enrichment of existing and new datasets, ad hoc deep dives in
distilling performance insights and trends.

Educate the Korea and APAC organization on consumer sales understanding and use of self-service
dashboards and tools.

Innovate commercial performance analysis tools and techniques, in close collaboration with various
specialists across the LEGO Group.

Based in Seoul for proximity to the BU team, this role will also involve collaboration with APAC and
Global colleagues across timezones and occasional travel.

We own consumer sales data and reporting, ensuring integrity and performance transparency for this
pinnacle metrics. We influence commercial decisions through strategic thought leadership founded in data
and analytics.

We deliver commercial insight-to-action through data enrichment, tool innovation and advanced analytics.
We elevate the organizationś data literacy through innovative self-service solutions and user enablement
programs.

Do you have what it takes:

A degree is not a prerequisite but preferred in a business-related field.

Strong discernment and strategic orientation to distill relevant insights, effectively communicate and
influence decisions across diverse collaborator groups.

Experience in driving sales performance analysis and business reviews in consumer packaged goods
industry.

Data and analytics experience, including data acquisition, management, modeling, visualization and
storytelling. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau.

Proactive team member who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, hybrid (face-to-face and
remote) team environment.

Ability to deliver through AGILE process and independently manage through uncertainty and an
environment of change.

Experience in SQL, Python, R, or run analytics with statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive
and prescriptive solutions will be a plus.
