Codes
of Light
“The conduits are active.
The Masters are attentive.
The Portals are open.
The Being is calling Itself.
It is time to respond with the certainty and
the veracity of the Light.”
Lahiri Baba
“May the purpose persist with all, and for all,
from all, and to all.
May Faith be extended, and the Will not be diminished.
May Light be expanded in the form of a sweet spiral
that connects us eternally with the Creator Father.
We appreciate the full assistance
and the deep Love that has been dispensed to us.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
From the fire to the light
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
The Circle of Fire is the flame that was lit, the subtle merriment that the
Supreme Being makes inside you.
It is the primary manifestation that has allowed you to believe and to
initiate in a Pure Truth, created in you.
The chapter that some of you have reached today speaks of a reality:
You have grown. You have been convinced that whoever dares to emerge
from oneself, can then achieve and comprehend, much more of who one
is and what one lives. This journey is derived from the effort and inner skill
that you have begun to discover in yourselves, upon feeling that you have
allowed yourselves to believe and agree to an adjustment. How much?
And each one will have a different answer.
You already contain an active, new, and pure manifestation of a greater
Being, Who has provided you, for the benefit of Grace, with an internal
task, a real and valuable connection.
Be pleased to continue, to enter now in the Circle of Light, so that you
strengthen your Being, so that you define and attain your Truth even
more, by giving yourself the opportunity to establish the link and achieve
the connection. The most important thing: maintain assurance, do not
give in to ignorance and doubt..
You would have seen and felt that something very profound has awakened.
It is you, it is about you. Behind this impulse of acceptance, of accepting
yourself, of recognizing yourself, is the most befitting key, the one that
you now need to act.

We have found each other
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
We have found each other, it is certain. Now then, what are these
encounters planned or scheduled for? Some may believe that this has
been established in a casual manner, this not being so.
There are indescribable forces, alien to our understanding, that manage
us, being from ourselves; and they have been created to give way to
the perfect plan, and it is from there that encounters like these are
contemplated.
It could be that we are still unclear as to what we have proposed, and
some will have more active force than others, for convincing themselves
of what they are.
There is a crisis, human resources exist, but they are not disposed to
bringing men to their Divine Nature. Listen well: They exist, but they are
not.
There has been a generation, due to lack of control, foolishness, and lack
of will, of other equally powerful forces that have distorted, hindered, and
delayed firm, concrete, and possible plans. And they are detained there.
We must retake them, we must make them effective.
Many will not believe and less will be willing, as they think they grow
without doing so. That is what the crisis is about. How can all of them be
confused? Few know now who they are, what they want, what they seek.
We will be attentive, responsibly attentive. Demonstrating, according to
what is asked, what you think you need. The prudential time has been
extended in order to complete the plan. Neither the minimum nor the
maximum: what it is, what it should be.
Be more than attentive to yourselves.
Contemplate growth, to strive more, to not lie and to honor the Being.
Om Namaha Shivaya

The light that we are
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
What should determine you? Your strength, your will, your surrender.
Because they could determine you, for example: Attachments, distrust,
and perhaps laziness, having not yet understood what is available in you.
It could be that you are attending to what you receive, what you do,
without sufficient conviction about yourself.
You will be taking a new step, locating, confronting, also measuring, what
you believe your attainments to be.
You should allow more, propose more to yourself, strive toward that which
could be your resolution, already knowing what the Consciousness is, that
is expressed in you, in me. It is what exists.
It is what exists. This is a step toward what you should understand is the
form of access toward the Light that we are. Maintain your confidence,
you will need it..

Circle of Light Keys
In the SKY Teachings, the Keys are the access code, the principal notion of the
frequency of the Circle that you are transiting. They have been delivered by
Mother Shaktiananda and Mahavatar Babaji.
They express the state or attitude that determines the steps towards your Being.
You must have them constantly present, either by memorizing them and writing
them, or by making a poster or a reminder card. They are a beautiful and firm
manifesto of Light conceived to always advance.

Teachings of Light
It is essential
to retake the path
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
The beginning is given. You could have believed that it was before, as well.
You will try to learn, each one, of yourselves. I truly bless all those who,
somehow, have already decided. A beginning is always difficult, but it is
just a rule that at any moment is broken.
We are in a moment of great openness. My Masters say there is always a
cataleptic state in the face of things. And it is not always true. You have
to take hold, to search internally for all prior preparation and stimulate
ourselves to give it the precise and prudent continuity. Do not wait for
anything or for anyone, not as a selfish gesture; but from the awareness
that we are keeping ourselves in a life, that who knows how long it will last.
Ancient myths state that the principle of awakening is trying, at least, to
make our Being coincide with that of the Creator.
False masters, above all arguing spiritual principles, have given unconscious
and inaccurate advice so that man cannot feel himself God. That distant
estimation, that almost makes us feel as orphans, is the one that is not
longer permited.
You now have to establish a will that takes you to the knowledge of
yourself. It is essential to retake the path, I do not know if it is of return,
but that is what they believe, those who have ever felt lost.
We are going to try, with care and strength of Love, to transit the Paths
of the Being, an absolute demonstration that we are a living reflection of
the One who created us.
Set your false worries aside. Do not detain yourself in the face of your
abandonment and incorporate yourself into the Principle of Light that
always Is, Was and Will Be. Joy will be our blessing.

The Pyramid
“Spiritual success is valid. The Transcendence of the most human values,
the preservation of Divinity. To contemplate the beauty of Love.
To form an ever more exact path that leads us to the Light.
To maintain ourselves in an ever more conscious Unity.”
Mahavatar Babaji
Mother Shaktiananda tells that, while receiving the guidelines to start the
School, her Beloved Master, the Mahavatar Babaji, gave her the Pyramid of
Divine Values. Later, he asked her to look at the forms of expression of Human
Values and there, the Masters said: “Where Human Values end, our Pyramid
begins.” It is the vision that allows man to reach his Divine Condition.
The Babaji Sphere, taking an immense step towards a human-Divine society,
and the conception of the spiritual-conscious Man, has proposed the Pyramid
of Divine Values, in the face of the now empty proposal of the accepted and
obsolete molds of human functioning within minor and replicating purposes.
The Pyramid of Divine Values is the ascending expression of the Values
or Internal States that the Being must conquer or transit to reach his Divine
Condition. It is a powerful revelation for the path of Self-realization, given with
the purpose of offering mankind the final steps of his human-Divine adventure,
and to achieve the purest photonic potentiality of DNA. The structure of Values
is the foundation from which the Teaching of the School is developed. Each
Circle contains aspects of Internal Work designed for Self-knowledge and
Realization. The passage through these Values-Circles is the evolution of human
consciousness towards its expansion as Cosmic Consciousness.

The Divine Values become a paradigm when the human stage has been
overcome, they are inherent in the work of the Soul, and are formulated as pure
Principles of life and Consciousness once they have been firmly established in the
internal structures of each Being.
The Masters of the Path have expressed:
“Each Value of the School arises from your own Faith, from the eternal constant,
from the evolution and the encounter, from the Divine Purpose beyond that of
the human, from not affecting the energy with the involution or the destruction
of our photonic records.
Principles and Values could be the same if we do not make the sufficient effort to
be understood when they are expressed without action. They may be exposed as
possible scopes, without existing experience.
Hence to inculcate, let it be everything, giving a full possibility of action,
compliance and conscious effort.
The Values of the School are based on the firmest attainment of human
achievements, in the internal solidity that can exist, when facing life challenges
when one knows how and is able to overcome the vicissitudes that arise today,
from the false fact of living within a society that exploited and deformed their
values.
Having an almost complete achievement of firm souls who always sustain the
Values; in opposition to others who compromise in the forms and the substantive
contents, so that everything became a distant reality to the possible one.”
The Circle of Light corresponds to the second Value of the Pyramid:
(SELF) ACCEPTANCE.

(Self)Acceptance
“Self-acceptance is about one’s own declaration for grasping this Truth.
The pure concept of becoming aware, of the internal clamor,
of what is asked from a still delayed and badly understood existence
that continues to lessen intrinsic values.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
Acceptance contemplates two aspects:
The first refers to the ability to accept the shadow, the emergence of negative
karma as a consequence of the conscious work of transformation. The duality
that the soul contains due to its experimentation in the evolutionary planes,
must be observed, perceived in its vibrational quality, and finally integrated and
accepted as part of the total structure, without separating, repressing or negating
the low frequency contents. That is the basis of healing and purification.
The Acceptance that the experimentation of Light and darkness forms part
of the Divine Game, leads the Being to the understanding that God conceived
duality to be experienced, and there is nothing to condemn in that, if the impulse
has already been established to return, to experience only Love. The incorporation
of contents of all the frequencies of the spectrum of experimentation is part of
the game applied to the Law of Free Will, which seeks the recognition of the
photonic quality of the Soul through the experimentation of opposites.
The second aspect is oriented towards the gradual acceptance, also, of our
cosmic forms of existence, beyond duality and ego. The complexity of this
process is that Acceptance must come from our innermost levels and not from
the rational mind. It is one of the most difficult processes to work for the evolving
Being and requires a firm attention to the internal dynamics.
If we only approach this truth from the mind, as it is done in the minor forms
of spirituality, we are facing a very possible failure in the process of Ascension,
since the mind, and therefore the ego, will take this instance to itself, and they
will move the seeker away from its purest structures.

You are an extraordinary
portent of light
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
If you need to qualify yourself, I will help you: You are an extraordinary
portent of Light. Do not permit even your own invasion. Breathe exercising
a subtle deprogramming. Deprogram any thought, any obsession, any
fear.
Surrender in bliss at this moment, in which you can exercise what you are.
I will help you: You are an extraordinary portent of Light..
If you breathe air you are, simply, an announcement of the exact answer.
You are a living being. You are a record. You are a conscious form. You are
the product of an action. And we are millions, we are millions, millions..
Explain that answer then, and maybe you could not. We are the same
expression of what the only One Is. Feel yourself then, in joy, and accept
a Truth: You are an extraordinary portent of Light. And accept it without
reasons, in reality you do not need them.
Be ecstatic in your Truth. You are your own proof. You are your highest
result. You are the one who manages your own freedom. You are the one
who seeks to orient and recognize yourself
Accept all this without reasons, you are not really the one who needs them.
If you really knew who you are, you would accept everything. You would
accept all of you.
Do not allow your negation to upset you. Breathe your Light. Reaffirm
yourself. Decide to believe in you. Manifest that Truth, that you are,
accepting everything from you. Accept even that you accept yourself.
Accept what you feel now, something closer to what you are. You will
always be closer to what you are.
Feel in Grace before your profound and beautiful capacity for accepting
yourself.

Becoming Conscious
LESSON 5 - NIVEL ATMA
I know that I am part of an exact whole and I play at
disintegration, each time in a more conscious way.
I will dissipate everything that it is not of me, accepting
the the supreme game of starting to believe in what I am.
From the form that I represent,I see myself today being more
capable of producing in me, aspects that allow me to combat
my unconsciousness, that takes the form of ignorance and
lovelessness. I hold on to the force that I know I am,
today and always.
Mental Proposal
The relationship with the Father is given in the intrinsic need that appears in us to
be united. Being conscious is not conceiving of ourselves as the only thing waiting
to be activated in order to respond, but also to contain our own reality and
undertake it by making a game always, a simulation of a beginning for an eternal
journey.
Find an internal strength, whatever it may be, under a real motive. That is,
place yourself in a personal situation: a feeling, a sorrow, an annoyance,
anxiety, a physical breakdown, a visible and conscious defect. Put forward
the necessary work to heal it.
The need starts alone, and is given as a fundamental process within each Being
before the implacable Law of Conversion. The being that responds knows that it
has activated its consciousness for the unavoidable action of returning. We are
subject to an immense generator of Light, which manifested itself in this system
as the beings we are and as each of the things we see, feel, even intuit. When this
reality is reached, making it our truth, the most conscious form of Being is being
generated.
Who are we? And the answer is singular: we are Him. So, who can see himself as
separate from this Truth? Who has not evolved enough and still believes himself as
part of the exercise of the system and not the system itself, or what the Generator
is, the Force, the Light.

We are expending existences with the singular purpose of finding the ultimate
result: absolute surrender. A decision that implies the most conscious return,
having perfected, purified, delivered and consecrated ourselves before the sole
idea of Being in the Being.
For this, the most supreme understanding and feeling, of the real sublimation of
the expression that we are is needed. You can doubt all this as much as you wish,
and you can also delay the sublime experience. But there is no absolute reality:
there is nothing beyond than that lived by ourselves.
It is common to hear this phrase from many about the decision of few: “they
have separated from the world”, when the internal resolution leads one to
stop operating within human patterns and social forms. And it is an adequate
expression if we specify the intentionality that the fundamental steps of this
resolution entail: feeling, believing, surrendering, and serving in gratitude. This,
at the same time, consenting to the most important: conscious renunciation.
Because if not, how do you intend to return?
Hence, the aforementioned statement is accurate, because that is what it is about,
nothing more nor less: detaching from what has trapped us here; be it material
goods, what we have lived, experiences established within this fascinating human
exercise. Because that is how it seems to us, having still not realized in ourselves
the exercise of recognizing ourselves in Divinity. Since they are realities that
converge on this same plane, it is often difficult for us to separate these two
aspects of the Being that we are, but of course there are mechanisms to dispel
the networks that the ego tends and, at the same time, enhance the strength that
develops the Essence to return.
By adjusting ourselves more and more, we are making our consciousness profile
towards the ultimate reality, and then we can dissolve all the hidden, to reach
the supreme state of communion with the Creator. That is why every experience
in life, no matter how small, leads to that result. It is necessary to maintain a
manifest of Faith in us to advance, and to clearly see the intricate structure that
we have been from the moment we were conceived in Him, and that we have been
developing to once again acquire all that we are.

Scientific methodology can never approach the exact results of what we have
lived, because even from the states of consciousness that we manage, there is
no possibility of transferring the cellular compendium that stores our memory,
either individually or collectively, nor a technique that can cover the many aspects
that humanity has incorporated by itself on this long journey.
Within this human progression there has been a greater interest in deciphering
physical aspects, everything visible with what we have stumbled upon from
ourselves. But there is so much more that is still unknown. That is why we cannot
risk limiting our reason, that is increasingly attentive to internal manifestos,
based on minor explanations, which contemplate only a brief quantification of
our ancient genes, interacting with the newly created ones.
This is how we have been studying, and obtaining information as it appears in
the books. Behavior according to Anthropology, History and Art only serves as
a memory of what we have been and lets man know, in perspective, what he is
capable of being. It is about knowing how, through the collective consciousness
that exists, man can look at himself today, in his own creation and see, imagine,
feel, intuit and believe in the God that IS.
Now then, the following remains: Is the consciousness that man has attained just?
How close is man to feeling himself, in both religious and spiritual proclamations,
that speak of the perfection of the Creator?
And it would be better to continue looking at the world, the way in which you
remain in it and give oneself an answer. Of course, what must be clear is the need
to continue diminishing, until eliminating, the distance between the two realities,
human nature and the Divine, that is to say, extending your Being toward real
perfection until you arrive freely to all its Divine Truth.

Kriya Attitude
“I am speaking to you strongly about Ethics because it is something that is not easy to
achieve. It is achieved by working, confronting yourself, reviewing yourself, forgiving
yourself and asking for forgiveness, rectification and making amendments, firm
amendments that are possible. Everything is possible.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“The courageous push themselves towards the rescue of internal, timeless and wisely
estimated time. What follows suit is recovering spaces of conscious time, relationships
of reconciliation and closure towards those beings, utilizing what you believe love to be,
with or without their presence. With or without words. The simplest expression, the most
straightforward action, devoid of ego and resistance, of pride and resentment. The best plan
is assembled with all of that.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
The Initiation in the SKY Teaching introduces the practitioner to a Higher
Wisdom oriented towards the Divine Purpose. From there, the Soul prepares to
overcome the resistances of the Lower Self and reach its Cosmic Nature.
That is why it is important for the Student to establish the first steps of
Transformation towards the higher states of Consciousness, cultivating certain
actions and assuming the need to place the spiritual aspect in an important
space of his life. Now, if the Initiate does not receive Kriya Knowledge under
a real conviction of the Transformation of Consciousness, its effect will only
be a mirage developed by the lower and negating structures of which he is
conformed.
As stated, the Sanskrit Kriya code refers to “Conscious Action”, and especially
to that which is performed in perfect alignment with the Greater Purpose. It is,
of course, the mobilization of the ascending currents of Prana, that is the most
“conscious” action we can perform, as well as the purification and dissolution
of our low frequency structures. However, the Immortal Masters and Mother
Shaktiananda recover for the current times the millenary notion of the “Kriya
Attitude”, which is the development of the attention and activation of the circuits
of Love to use in the present moment as the only space where “conscious action”
can be realized.
It is in this perspective that the Kriya Attitude must be sustained, not only
at the moment of internal contact, but also in every possible present moment,
since that is the moment of the construction and execution of the Fabric of
Light and Love that constitutes our Superior Structure of Consciousness. The
conscious use of the present moment requires a greater effort of the Will, and
the SKY Teaching offers, at different levels, ways of approaching this Wisdom of
Being.

Purushartha:
The four principles
of life
For an optimal approach to the balance required in an awakened being, it is
essential for the student to know the Vedic system or vision of life, based on
Dharma (Superior Laws and Laws of Action on this plane) that originated, at the
same, in the higher order structures, carrying out the Law of Correspondence.
The inner path only makes sense when one manages to harmonize all of the
aspects that evolution on this planet requires, which leads to a comprehensive
understanding of the human purpose. It is for this reason that there is an
emphasis on the profound exploration of this higher truth.
Vedic Wisdom traditionally recognizes four legitimate purposes or goals in
the life of a human being: Artha, Kama, Dharma and Moksha, that we refer to as
Purushartha.
Purushartha is the Sanskrit term that translates as “the pursuit of man” or
“the purpose of man”. It is derived from the words, Purusha, which means “to
be”, and Artha, “purpose”. Purushartha contemplates the original plan that was
conceived in order for the human being to achieve the divine purpose.
Conscious work with Purushartha, the four principles of life, allows one to
create a satisfactory balance in an incarnation and a full existence, according to
the plan outlined for the soul.
Artha
“There exists no better celebration of life than to feel worthy.
Worthy of what or of whom? And you would already know the answer: of oneself.
Certainly one is born, try to understand as quickly as possible why one was born.
There are those who firmly accelerate this question and there are those who delay it.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
This refers to the achievement of goals and refers to the capacity of a human
being to procure adequate means of obtaining human and material resources
that permit one to carry out the Dharma or the tasks that have been proposed
in an incarnation. It also implies prosperity and sustainment according to one’s
evolutionary purpose.
Artha is part of one of the principle human dignities, managing to have enough
to live in a dignified manner and to procure adequate care of the family. Artha
contemplates very subtle laws for “being” and proposes the absence of ambition
and the application of the principles of individual Dharma.

HOOL
Artha includes all that which permits us to live a full life, not only material
resources or prosperity, but also what we can comprehend as wisdom, friendship,
harmonious affective relationships, professional career, studies, skills and health.
Artha is the foundation for Kama and Dharma. However, the four Purushartas
are indelibly interrelated. Artha must be satisfied according to Dharma. In this
way, it allows for procurement of the fulfillment of the most human necessities
and permits the final detachment (Vairagya), which leads to Moksha. Without
prosperity and security, both life and human relationships would be very
complex. It is very important that Artha, understood as “success in the world”,
does not transgress Dharma (the Law), or the transit of the soul towards Moksha
(liberation from samsara). A karmic imbalance of Artha produces the attachment
of the individual to the urgency of constant material satisfaction, without ever
being able to feel plenitude.
Kama
“Seek to produce each moment exactly from what you believe yourself to be,
from a certain precision in your longing that all that occurs, becomes better.
Better for you, better for everyone.
When it is said -perhaps joyfully- : live in the moment;
Of course, the issue is how, being who, being what.
Pronounce yourself in a more plural, more conscious, more loving petition.
You have to feel capable, firm, valiant, trust in yourself
and produce, create, better moments.
And what could be even more beneficial, productive, auspicious:
love your time.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
Kama is translated, according to certain texts, as “desire”. It contemplates
the actions that the human being carries out with the goal of obtaining the
desires that the sensory experience produces. It is the area of life that responds
to necessities along the order of emotional, affective and sensory satisfaction. It
could also be observed as the enjoyment that the human experience generates.
Kama is related to pleasure, which could be linked to sensuality, but also
to music, beauty and affection. It is that which grants the feeling of delight in
our lives. Kama is a complete sensory experience, which includes the discovery
of an object, learning about the object and the emotional connection. It is the
process of enjoyment, and the feeling of well-being before, during and after the
experience.
To practice Kama in a Yogic manner means to be fully present during that
which is experienced. The unconscious approach to Kama leads to the creation
of negative karma. The conscious experimentation of the pleasures that life
offers, while seeking to transcend them, can lead to Dharma.

Dharma
“Make your most precious requirement in body and soul, feel Law.
You do not have your Law. Be your Law. Love is Law. You are my Law.
Will you love the Law? Will you love it? What that occurs, you will be the Law.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“As you well know, all that you have to do is to obey a single Law,
the Only Law. The Law.
So, break it off today with the being that became accustomed to you,
because it is already another, it will always be another.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
It is the Principle or the Law, and it refers to the purpose for which a soul is
born into the world. A universal Dharma exists, that is the reaching of Unification
for all beings, and an individual Dharma, that operates in accordance with the
Law of Cause and Effect, the Law of Karma and our specific evolutionary tasks.
It also contemplates the actions that promote goodness in the individual
and in society. Dharma is the truth, it is the cosmic law, the assignment, the
appropriate, correct or morally adjusted behavior or character.
Dharma is the ethical foundation upon which one lives, being conscious of
each action, as well as words and thoughts. It can also be linked to modes of
empathy towards other sentient beings.
It is necessary for Dharma to govern Artha and Kama, in the manner that an
order of law higher than the experimentation of duality is generated. Without
Dharma, Artha and Kama become self-destructive. The goodness of man consists
of the harmonious coordination of these three. Therefore, it is very clear that the
well-being of any person depends upon this fusion. The combination of Dharma,
Artha and Kama is known as Trivarga.

Moksha
“You must commit yourself to the execution of a powerful plan,
in which -of course- you are the protagonist and, likewise,

Mataji Shaktiananda
“Break away today from what you believe binds you, get off, let go,
begin to generate this liberation, even from yourself.
You only need to take the short or long path that you have set for yourself.
Place yourself there, stand firm, courageous, attentive, content as well,
and you can initiate the will to express yourself
through your own consciousness in which He dwells.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
It is the reaching of Liberation and the realization of the Purpose, the exit
from the Wheel of birth and death to which we are bound by karma. As such,
Moksha implies the dissolution of karma through correct actions, associated
with superior Dharma.
The final goal of life is the achievement of Moksha. It is said that when a
person transcends the attraction of Artha and Kama, Dharma becomes oriented
toward Moksha, as it no longer has to regulate the other two aspects. Moksha is
the most important Purushartha, the other three represent the process. Moksha
is the purpose in itself, it is the attainment of the true divine nature.
Moksha is the expansion of the consciousness, and it is obtained through
the liberation of karma. For this reason, the roads toward Moksha mark a path
of self-discipline and of profound purification of body and mind. In order to
arrive at Moksha, transcendence of the rational mind and progressive contact
with the Higher Self are necessary. It is the development of divine qualities, the
attainment of the Atman, the Realization of the Being.

Play at your life
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
Do you consider life as that daily present that you give to yourself? And do
not go to the inconsequential, to the routine, to the known. Rather, try to
elevate your thinking, To that form of you that generates so much.
The question is, what do you give yourself? What emerges from you as a
daily gift?
You should check your capacity, the one you are capable of generating. How
you have captured your present moment, what you select from yourself,
what you choose, how much fear conditions you. And it would only be
enough to look deep inside, to observe yourself. Each thought progression,
where it takes you, what you return to. Distinguish your concerns, that you
sustain, that weigh on you, that in reality burden you, as well as evaluate
what clears you.
What have you decided to obviate and what to consider? What invites you
to solve, dissolve and how much to retain, reincite? How are you doing,
how are you coming along, how are you, how are you feeling? Until you
know how you are. Do you want to know?
Why did man become one who questions himself so much? What has
happened? What did we do? Imagine that it were not so. Make an effort.
That nothing questionable, reprehensible, or condemnable existed. And it
is difficult, very difficult. How do we play and conjugate everything in time,
in all these spaces, in a manner so unequal, so extreme, so deadly.
Therefore, play at your life. With the all the esteem that you can contain
for yourself. With all the strength, known or unknown. With all the will,
possible, or impossible. With all the Love, that you know exists.
Consider Being. Weary yourself of not being. Experience what the Light is.
May every fire, every contact, all self-analysis, all purpose at this present
time, give you, gift you, what you want from yourself.

The gift
The Present is the only experience of Time that an embodied Soul can
experience through its Antakarana. The possibility of Action, of thought, of
emotion, of feeling, of energetic exchange takes place only in the Present.
Once the Action happens, it remains indelibly marked in the linearity of the
Past, as an impregnation which we call Karma, and will be the object of other
Teachings.
Let us now review the Teachings of Mother Shaktiananda, which are profound
dispositions of Higher Truths:
“It is now, here, today, in the most absolute Present in which you inhabit,
in which you can find the most concrete representation of you.”
This paragraph leads us directly to the momentum. The Present is the only
space that the Consciousness inhabits in these Planes, and it is in the Present
where a full manifestation is possible. This can occur in two ways, the absolute
acceptance of the reality of the Soul, an almost impossible phenomenon of
immeasurable devotion and Love, and the progressive execution of Karma
through the sciences of evolution.

“From the no time, you can readjust your attitudes, reactivate Karma and work
on the new nature that inhabits you,
the one with which you are capable of cleaning, purging,
executing, redirecting all aspects in which
you have felt your own delirium of Being.”
It is from the understanding of the innermost notion of No-Time (The Present),
where it is possible to exercise Conscious Action, which leads to Liberation.
Mother Shaktiananda and Babaji describe from the subtlety, the most elevated
way of Realization, namely:
• Alignment of actions, attitudes and values (Attitude Kriya).
• Dissolution of karma through memory and liberation.
• Reactivating the subtle connections with one’s own Being and the Light
Forces that protect and guide you.
In the following statement, the final aspect is expanded, that new nature that
inhabits you, the one that has understood the stamen of Light and the purpose
of Life, is the Consciousness of the Higher Self, which only acts in this Plane to
achieve the Purpose of Unification, hence the Guide is oriented toward various
ways of understanding the dissolution of karma:
• Unballast: Remove weight from karmic programming. The metaphor of the
word “ballast” in relation to karma is very appropriate.
• Execute: In the DVS this notion has been understood in its most powerful
form. Executing is not only to act, to execute conscious actions, rather it
refers to an “execution”, that is, elimination, annihilation.
• Redirect: The Initiate must reorient the energy that the Karmic programs
and the ego take for themselves. Redirect the trends that have been installed
because of the deviations of experimentation.
“You have to accelerate your conversion, overcome that which so ironically pulls
on you, even, to not remember. If your past exists, it is for you to accentuate your
present, nothing else. If you define your Karma, it is for you to dissolve it, nothing else.
If you establish your Love, it is for Being, nothing else. Look at yourself today, observe
yourself, renew yourself, reach your serenity and yield more.”
The natural time of Evolution is over, this has been revealed in different
aspects of the SKY Teaching. And although the resistances may be greater, even
more profound than we can observe and oriented to delay the experience of
surrender, we must overcome and remember, to then dissolve and forget. The
past is the record of the experience from the line of Time. It is charged with
impregnations of energy, that define our Present with its influence.
The Teaching ends with the precise Guide: Self-observation, Transformation
and Peace through inner work.

The Will
“Do you manage yourself by your will?
What else do you want?
And it is when, faced with the questioning,
You must jump to the Truth:
Who am I to want what?
And upon discovering yourself, from all aspects
that today you know configure the Father you will say:
-I want to be you.-
And it is also when you access a new form of conceiving yourself.
-I want to be in Your Will, Father.-
It is He who operates through you,
and if you already measure your existence there,
you can start the true path to your Realization,
which is nothing more than Realizing God,
Realize yourself in Lover.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
Who has not heard the expression: “Everything depends on the strength of your
will.”
If you reflect on that, you will soon refer to the Law of Free Will, the one to which
you are subject in this and in all of the incarnations that have taken place in you.
So then? You are in the existence that you yourself have achieved and you confer
the exact nature that you contain, given what you have done, how much you have
wanted and how you have wanted it.
Freedom has been extended to you as an innate right, inasmuch as you have
been endowed with a conscious thought in which you reflect the forces of your
feelings, your ideas, your actions, your movements and your words. There is a
game of your own that you manage at will and it gives you the feeling of being
free. This may maintain you until the most profound discovery that your Being
can explore, and feel that behind, in between, in you, in front of you and before
you there is a greater existence that “rules” rather than “governs” everything
you are.
Accustom yourself to always using the subtle and correct language that the
Father brings you towards yourself, so that the rebellious aspects and bandits
of the ego do not alter those resistances that block you and cloud the free
understanding of His loving proposal.

God exists
in your will
EMANATION OF MOTHER SHAKTIANANDA
Look at everyone, one by one ,carefully, in that it is better not to be in a
hurry.
If there is something you should do it is Be. And you will ask: How do I
achieve it? Where can I get the most accurate manual? How much does it
cost? Who will give it to me?
And without wanting to discourage you, even contradicting myself a little,
I can tell you something: the perfect path does not exist, not here. You can
fall into fury saying to Him: And so then what am I doing here? Under what
precept do you contain me?
Calm down, you have to be able to obtain from yourself what you really
are. And listen well, two verbs have been given: can and obtain. It is
essential that you find yourself active, feeling capable, appealing to that
which few understand is the Will.
The Will, without any secret, is what God Is, it is from where it manifests
itself in you, in what you are, in what you want, even in what you desire.
And you must know that you have your own, infinite shelter, exclusive of
will, God is your Will.
So, now, ask yourself more: Who I am? What do I want? How much do I
desire? And for moments you will even feel ashamed; overcome yourself,
make yourself firm, in the will to know and recognize yourself, say:
“I am in You, I am nothing else”.
Activate that Infinite God that you are.
Begin to Be. And if you already are, start giving. And if you already give,
sustain the Joy.
My beloved Father, make us in You.

Today is the time
to be and love ourselves
EMANATION OF MAHAVATAR BABAJI
THROUGH THE CONSCIOUSNESS
OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
Be pleased in yourselves, let yourselves flow and fall into the fairest
consideration. Do not have anymore questions of the spiritual order. A
search has been culminated and this is a Truth.
Sometimes it seems that you could dissent from what each one has
manifested, both for yourselves, as well as for pressures that you resent,
coming from the external. Sustain yourselves. Just balance well what you
do. Now is a very beautiful time for everyone, and you should continue to
adjust.
I know that you have been given to an execution of Kriya Yoga, and you
must trust what this systematic adventure of gradual understanding is
reporting. This is something intangible, but real.
I want you to have a lot of strength and hope to receive what you are,
each of you, and thus be able to offer yourselves within what today you
activate as a School.
It is necessary that you have patience and Faith, basic elements for
this task. Dilute your own discomforts and adjust. You must absorb the
given Teachings even more, both in individual guidance and in collective
encounters.
52
It is not true that we have to give you total discipline so that you can
overcome your fears, it is the time to sustain yourselves as you can,and
accommodate the rest in Faith.
I do not have much availability for those who do not know how to concretize
the action of the Guidance. I want to be fair, that is why I need you to have
more understanding before what I signify: I am a Unique Being.
When I told myself, it was in the Name and Will of my Eternal Father. I
sustain those who fearlessly venture into recognition. I maintain in Me the
dominion of Time and Space.
I trust that the Light is the All, and in that Unity we move. I do not conceive
of despair or abandonment, that is why My Proposal is always so direct.
Breathing is the most subtle element I know to associate ourselves with
the Father and connect ourselves with Him.
I face Eternal tasks that I endure well in my Love. All who are in Me have
been led in Good and love each other. Today is the time to Be and to Love
ourselves. Be Eternal.

Essential recommendations
for inner work
FROM THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
AND THE IMMORTAL MASTERS
“For the one who wants to serve in himself,
understands who he is and what he wants.”
“Every initiate must be willing to learn, understanding that he knows, and he is only
looking for the best way to reencounter everything he knows in himself.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
In the Circle of Light, you will find the just force for not giving up along your
inner transits. And it is there, in those transits, when perhaps you have found
some of your purest manifestations, you have observed the changes with joy,
and you have perceived your resistances and voids, at least some of them.
That is why, in order to continue to stand firm and move closer to your
constant principle of transformation, the Masters recommend that you feel and
expand your understanding of the following aspects:

• For this it is also necessary to have a resource that is intrinsically tied to the Will;
and it is the discipline that, as an internal form, can lead us towards greater
purposes. It is trying to regulate ourselves and to prepare us to confect the
principle of renunciation within ourselves. And to begin to assure ourselves of
how much the capacity to reduce the desires that inhabit in us, balancing our
mood and enabling our body and mind to operate for the benefit of our Being.
• Granting ourselves achievements. From the most timid beginning we are already
participating in our intimate celebration of ourselves. It is like understanding
without much boasting, but with rejoicing, that we are already beginning to look
for ourselves, knowing that there are ways to do it. It is important then, to refer
very consciously to the practices, to carry them out as specified, considered and
recommended, to recognize in us the good capacity and the extensions of Love
that are already emerging to reveal what we are.
• It is necessary to develop minimum practices. And the idea is that nothing
manifests from an imposition or constraint that later results in a binding task
that would only lead to rejection. The relationship one seeks to establish with
the practices is to recognize the Path and thus be able to travel it, in spite of the
resistances that in the form of fears are presented to us.
Practical suggestions
The practical suggestions so that you reach a level of purification and can give
yourself a beautiful continuation would be: :
• Consider your healthy conversion from practical aspects, knowing that you
open yourself to a principle of Faith that you somehow do not recognize.
Become aware of this. Say:
I am precipitating in me a new belief and a new understanding
that is offered to me from my search.

• Interact visually with the expressions of the Light Forces that assist us within
the Sphere. Likewise, inform yourself punctually and healthily about the
Spiritual Masters who assist us. Do not limit your curiosity, rather consider
how to recognize them in yourself and gradually use them from your needs,
including those that may contemplate serving them.
Establish a relationship in which you can feel besides friendship, much love and
feelings of understanding and communication.
Here I am exercising my work
of Being before who says to Be. Teach me to believe.
Offer them pure thoughts, without exposing your intrigues and doubts; When
you do so, ask to be assisted to dilute them. Make yourself be heard by saying:
I present myself in purity,
resuming a beginning that today I find just.
I need to feel,
just as you have done,
the Manifesto that exists in me.
• Become in the practices, simpler in principle, but equally powerful, considering
that each time you will achieve more accuracy and would want to expand in your
purpose. Propose a routine that can lead you to break the one you bring and to
which you have been subjected until today, trying to keep yourself out of your
own reach:
• Draw upon your Mala, as the connecting instrument in its most physical
nature, it is an account as to the lives you have had, the situations you have
experienced, the encounters you have sought, the sorrows you carry in your
Soul, the whims that bind you, like roses that you count in your garden, like
exercises of Faith that you give yourself, like stars that twinkle in the night.
Once consecrated you should take it as that which subtly sustains you as you
begin to conceive yourself in the beginning of nothingness.
It is recommended that you go over it in your Faith no less than three times
a day, reciting one of the initiation mantras.
• Daily meditation, as a powerful Light exercise. It is your time to try to be without
being. Propose, with Faith and Stabilization, the connection. Do not pretend to
surrender yourself as someone who seeks to escape, it is not like that, nor feed
excuses of maladjustment to evade yourself. You can always will, because there is
a part of you that Is.

The beginning of the internal work and the scope of the Realization
contemplate the dissolution of the ego, an unavoidable aspect for the resolution
of the experimentation of duality.
This requires, in the first place, the disposition of the Soul to perform conscious
actions of transformation, guided by Beings who have been able to overcome
this dual structure.
Likewise, a clear comprehension of the structure of the ego, how it operates
and the way in which it exercises its negation task must be established.
Through the Teachings of Mother Shaktiananda and Mahavatar Babaji, it has
been possible to expand the comprehension of the fundamental characteristics
of this structure.
“The ego is the sum of the installed programs
in our energy fields
as a result of experimentation in duality.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“The ego is a structure
associated with the energy vibrations of fear,
that operates in our lower bodies,
opposing the Realization of the BEING.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“The function of the ego is to hinder the Divine Connection.”
Lahiri Baba
“We must know that (the ego) forms an alliance with darkness,
with the unconscious forms that are found expressed
in the systems of life simply by correspondence of Light
(cause and effect) and mainly by the rigorous Karmic Law of Action.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“The ego is a conscious entity, which operates in the Mind and the Emotion
and is sustained energetically from the karmic impregnations
that inhabit the Unconscious.”

Dissolution practices
Below are practical ways of working internally for the detection, conscious
control and dissolution of discordant ego patterns:
• The external reality is determined by karmic patterns. It is not possible to
change objective reality without transforming the internal.
• Assume that the Path of each Soul is different, and our task is to resolve
personal karma. The acceptance of the experience of the soul is indispensable.
To never desire, reject or judge the evolutionary path of another being.
• Do not allow other beings to define you, nor live from the perspective or
judgment of the other.
• Understand that social and cultural codes are a distraction from the Inner
Path.
• Give up the idea of always being right.
• Accept other truths as valid always, without diminishing your own truth.
• Detect forms of self victimization and eliminate them.
• Observe resistant thoughts about new truths.
IN ADDITION:
IDENTIFICATION OF PATTERNS
The first quality of inner work is the “capacity for self-observation,” and
hence the identification of ego patterns and programs. This ability becomes
somewhat sophisticated or sharpens in the measure that we advance in self
knowledge.
CONSCIOUS CONTROL
By conscious control we understand the ability of an Initiate to control the
expression of the patterns he detects (avoid reacting). This control refers to
the external action and to the internal, mental action, the origin of all action
towards the outside.

INITIAL CONTACT: I LOVE MY BEING
• Before performing the practices, establish in yourself your real intention.
• Breathe for a while and hear your silence.
• Reverence yourself saying:
“I will be, Father,
I am now what I am, and I hope to be more.
That is why I wish to overcome my detracting and selfish ego.
My Being is infinite
I love my Being so much.”
A NEW COUNCIL
• Control your breath, that is, consider breathing silently, in the quietude of
your own space. Observe yourself profoundly.
• How, in what way do you take this need to stabilize your consciousness?
• Hold a moment of inner communion.
RECOMMENDATION:
• Recover the certainty of Divine Love.
• Consider the intrinsic faculty of knowing how to love.
• Establish at this very moment an absolute commitment to Love.
• Highlight some moment of self-indignation or alienation.
• Set a council, a new breath, an intention of deep forgiveness.
• Accept the present reality.

shadows, we are going to meet in a song of love with “Om Namaha

After this, we will make an invocation to our Eternal Father, for the
moments that we are going to soon pass and ask the Father that the
strength of the Plan be slight but more intense in its work of purification.
We need to open ourselves to these forces internally, so that they can
penetrate without bringing us down.
Your beloved Master Sananda speaks to you and I say it so because I feel
it so, I feel your intense love in me and so I can also radiate it to you.
Shakti (Erika) collects from each one her Peace, and sends it as a pure
and simple offering to those who do not attain their path, without having
more intentions than the Love that comes from the Father.
Use my Light in you, so that with it an immense channel is made, so that

REVELATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
AND THE MASTERS CONCLAVE
“Faced with the resistance and fear chosen to respond to a single Redeemer,
Christ Jesus, we wanted to address this aspect in depth. In part because we are
all like meddlers within a collective consciousness that penalizes and punishes a
spiritual desertion today. It is as if principles of faith that have sustained us since
who knows where and when, have been betrayed. And now, when Faith is held
from a millenary source, based on the Vedic Tradition, it is difficult to recognize
origins and establish beliefs, complicating progress and fair transitions towards
levels of Consciousness and superior understanding.
We have read and tried to contain testimonies and references that attempt to
give strength to currents of Light that apparently are not accepted or embraced,
because they correspond to different territories and origins, and today, we need
to clarify and show from our core what in truth is, was, happened or occurred
in the midst of Ministries of Light that saw its transcendence and activation in
other beings. Let these actors be those who assist us and testify today before the
demand that is made of their actions.”

The game is over when we know and can reduce our faults and amend our
mistakes. That is, we obtain our own forgiveness and accept our human transit,
refugees on this planet, and wrapped in Divine Mantles that cover it, among them
the conciliatory and blessed consciousness that is obtained from Faith.
We must know how to be accompanied by the blessed and luminous beings that
guide us. I was a Guide. I was the one who committed my Soul and gave my Blood.
They handed me over to the misfortune of ignorance because there was anger
and pain.
Life was as hard as belief itself, where had Paradise gone? Who would return it
to us? Perhaps a being as insignificant and quiet as I was?
See what I mean and correct the intention if you feel it wrong but has Man
received what I gave? And do not believe that a complaint exists, how could it? I
always knew that the negating power would take its part from me and use me. It
is then when I see what has occurred and how a well sustained plan of redemption
became an extraordinary story that would reach much of the world, and has
made with my Being a freedom mission, now closer to an alienated mental fable
than to an act of Love.

“unification”. It is not their time..
The Jesus Christ that everyone knows inhabits this abode of Light today. The
mystical pursuit that you have made of me is the correct one. I was and I am
sustained by the presence of the One who is in the infinite majesty and is the
Destroyer today, the modeling aspect of energy, the One who seeks Ascension
of the Souls to a higher quantum state, necessary to inhabit these planes that
continue trapping delayed souls. I know that many have left, and I celebrate,
and I also know the service of others who persist in establishing themselves here,
to be the link between the Light and these existences. That is why I bless you

a resistance resulting from ignorance and desperation.
We will believe in everything. We can always act. Do not judge.

The millenia
that have passed
EMANATION OF JESUS THROUGH
THE CONSCIOUSNESS MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
Good Friday, celebrated like this, like the day of my death, can be painful.
I know that there have been efforts so that everyone understands more
and it becomes a joyful day by understanding that my task was fully
celebrated.
Sustaining the Christian World under the belief or the Faith of the most
conscious human resolution has not been easy.
Should I have died?
Not like that. Never like that.
The misunderstanding that Men had about Me, ruined many plans that
would have ensured stability and a faster and more powerful approach
toward the Being.
The millennia that have passed after my existence would be saved if there
had been a causal form of acceptance and surrender on the part of those
who have clamored for liberation. From there, from the Creator’s own
ingenuity, plans are advanced to reestablish the Principle of Light.
Have we known how to Be since then? And if a Church was created from
Me, it would be very naive to believe that it would resolve human chaos.
Even more so when not everything has been cultivated in Truth; and from
there what has been seen.
In the context of the School (Order) ...
How do I position myself? As you wish.
76
For Christians I was the Lamb of God, and I know that for you, who today
love me over what you see is a failure, I am the Messiah, who reprogrammed
the Earth, and who confirmed before Men that what he believes to be God,
is Humanity itself and its Consciousness.
If you held a Ceremony honoring me, How could you refer to what others
do from their understanding?
The Church keeps what it considers mourning because of my dying, they
do not consider that I am redeeming in myself the action of Men.
Today my Being is free, the past is considered only to concentrate on the
future.
I am a constant Present in Light, in Love.
Keep my Being as you want in that place that has become a form of God.
Celebrate your Love for Me, with the pronouncement you have remembered,
that you have learned.
Serve yourselves in My Being as the fluid of Light that I represent.
Each shore is full for Me with those fishermen who can gather with their
nets those Souls awaiting Love.
Represent your Ceremony with the elements you want.
The Power of the Creator joins us.
I will be in My Abode, which is the House of my Father.

A symbol
of pure resonance
Christ and, as we have seen, leads us to the understanding of one of the
greatest “errors of interpretation” that a task of Light has had.
The times in which Jesus was on the planet were moments of great darkness,
ignorance and abandonment of the primordial purpose. The Human Being could
not understand, from that level of consciousness, what Christ was and did as
part of a risky Cosmic Plan, to rescue a Humanity lost in the confines of the
material.
The Christian religion could not erect the cosmic designs of the Jesus-Sananda
and distorted much of the legacy, permeating the souls with indelable marks of
pain, confusion and guilt.
The Spheres of Light in assistance know that in order to reach transcendence
and “salvation”, it is necessary to release the karmic imprints of religious distortion.
Thus, they give us, in the first place, the revelation, and then, the archetypes and
symbols that, by their light load, allow the Soul to move towards a clearing and
liberation of all the programs captured from 2000 years of incomprehension and
dislocation.
The Celtic Cross is the archetype that synthesizes this way, and is delivered
in conjunction with the PAS Meditation, with the purpose of offering the Initiate
the necessary resources of love for its luminous transit towards a more exact,
more pure, more real vision of Christ.
The Immortal Masters have said:
“The Celtic Cross is the way we have found so that the transition
between the Christian and Catholic dogmas that you have will be
neutralized there. It is to give you a new feeling based on what you
were and you are leaving behind
The Celtic Cross is very powerful and active, and moves cosmically
within a pure resonance. If you hold on to it, you will be able to
transcend many mystical aspects that you have created in your
subconscious, therefore, you will be able to overcome the religious
barrier that has kept you trapped.
More than a way to give you an answer, it is a new way of obtaining
spiritual transcendence.”

Gayatri Mantra
The Gayatri Mantra is an invocation to the Divine Source, expressed in the
solar energy, Surya Shakti, a manifestation of the illuminating force for this star
system. The Divine Aspect present in the mantra, Savita, a form of the Cosmic
Mother, as well as Gayatri herself, means: “That from which Everything has been
born.”
Gayatri is the finished work of Pranava Sabdha or Om, the purest decantation
of the primordial sound. It is an Atma Mantra, one of the mantras that activates
the connection with the Atma or the I Am Consciousness. It is also called Guru
Mantra, because of the importance of receiving the Initiation in its frequencies.
The mantra is composed of 24 syllables and has a structure of three padas
or phrases. In the Vedas, this structure or metric is called, precisely, Gayatri. All
mantras of 3 padas and, typically 24 syllables, are called Gayatri Mantras.

The revelation
This Sacred Mantra is an extract from the Rig Veda, verse 3.62.10, and was
revealed to the Rishi Vishvamitra, who developed it and added the formula Om,
Bhur, Bhuva, Swaha, extracted from Yajur Veda.
For a long time, very firm precepts were given for accessing its knowledge,
and it was only a mantra of priestly initiation. In this evolutionary time, the Vedic
Wisdom is open, and all beings with the genuine intention of Realization can
access the codes of Light hidden in the mantras.
It is said that whoever chants the Gayatri Mantra with love, devotion and the
correct intention, in any of the ways suggested in the practical section, causes
the descent of Brahmaprakash, the Radiance of Brahma, into their energy fields.

So Ham Mantra
“The Light that is your most beautiful form, I see it.
That, Is me.
I Am what That is”.
Isha Upanishad
The Siddhas were the ones who, as we know, deciphered the subtle forms
of the cosmic configuration of Being. They taught humanity the fractality of
their cosmic configuration and the unity of Brahman/Shiva with the Atman. The
evolving souls are a reflection of the Atman, that which remains pure and in a
state of perfection, being a manifestation of the Creator in the worlds of form.
So Ham is the chant of the Being, the cosmic code that expresses the Created
God and his creation. So Ham is, then, an Atma Mantra, because it is capable of
expressing in sound, the vital force of Light that determines the existence of the
Atman.
So Ham is translated as “That, I Am”, making inescapable reference to Sat-
Chit-Ananda (Existence-Consciousness-Bliss), the qualities of Brahma/Shiva
(the Unmanifest-Manifest), and connecting the soul on the planes of evolution
with the divine qualities of the Atman. That is why it is said in the Upanishads
that So Ham is a mantra that leads to Samadhi.
It is also known as the Ajapa Gayatri, and this reference reveals that So Ham
is repeated as a quantum, eternal constant, since it is the energy that allows
for the evolution of created beings and their return to Unity. So Ham is not
only repeated when the practitioner decides to do it, each Atman is constantly
repeating it, it is the way of connection with the Consciousness-Creator Energy.
That is why it is Ajapa, the existence which comes from the So Ham vibration.
And it is Gayatri, in addition, for its power to connect with the ultimate truth.
Our human, pulmonary breathing cycles are a reflection of superior events,
just as the Law of Correspondence determines. Our Atman maintains a vital
pulse within manifest existence and the breath is its projection. It is the way
conceived by the Father Creator to breathe the breath of life into him. That
pulse, that vital breath, vibrates in the Created Universe as the Mantra So Ham
(“That, I Am”). Our Being vibrates cosmically with the So Ham mantra, the divine
pronouncement of the Consciousness of the Self.
So Ham Mantra is introduced into the SKY Teaching of the Circle of Light,
especially for the practice of Dhyana (Meditation), where it will be possible to
attain unimagined achievements, if practiced according to the guidance of Mataji
Shaktiananda and the Mahavatar Babaji.

“The Teaching is based on the Love of Babaji.1 The colossus may have tried to
dilute the personality created by the Humble Lord, but there are indelible vestiges
that have been emerging everywhere.2
Babaji’s versatility has overridden any attempt to overshadow his Truth. He has
never been substituted or repressed in his elections and choices. He rules as
entrusted to his nature, due to the changes and deviations that all of humanity
has had.3
He maintains balance by loving everything, without differentiating between good
and evil, already playing at the Plan that intends to restore everything, not based
on a precise balance between Light and darkness, but by giving the right balance
to the Light based on and being sustained only by the just principles of Love.4
It is He who develops this Plan in conjunction with all the Beings that have been
aligning to the primary Force of Light, their capacity does not support a definition,
nor a figure, nor an example, it is the representation of the All, of the One in a
Manifesto that is latent and active.5
Many may not understand his idiosyncrasy and prefer to recognize him on his
more human aspects and hence a myth has been created, a representation that
maintains the imagination of some about Himself and his reality6”
The Conclave states:
““Babaji is One, as the One Father. As One God. As the One Truth.”
Man believed and it was sufficient for all types of manifesto to be pronounced,
in pursuit of that virtue that it seems now nothing represents. It is and it is a lot.
Only the man that sustains within himself a breath of transcendent Faith, that is
to say, will choose a complete existence in the vast and complex cosmos.
Mother Shaktiananda has revealed:
“The Babaji that Is, is what they have seen, an aspect of Lord Shiva, a magnificent
deity, viable from the circuits created of the Manifestation of this Powerful
Energy that is the Destroyer.
His neck surrounded by snakes comes to give the key to liberation, do not
embrace the gimmicky precepts of this emanation. Babaji is the most visible
and demolishing aspect of Lord Shiva. Choose to license your approaches and
maintain the revelation as a crucial aspect of the Teaching.
The Mahavatar is a dignified and firm recreation of the Destroyer Aspect. The
Lord of Eternal Fire.”

1. This refers to the Plan conceived as Mother Shaktiananda’s task, the conduit
of revelations from the most elevated Babaji Sphere, and the cosmic support of
the greater plan.
2. The colossus is the negating force, sum of the dark aspects of humanity
itself and those who have always sought the dominion and control of the Earth.
4. Here the Conclave subtly introduces the comprehension the Sphere of the
regency of Babaji, the end of the Age of Preservation and the vectorization of the
cosmic frequencies towards the Light, knowing that this, when consummated,
will result in the dissolution of the worlds.

A new spark
“Babaji is One, as One the Father.
As One God. As One the Truth.”
T he Conclave of Masters
When a Kriya Yoga Teaching opens to the world, a powerful spark is projected
and joins the eternal Line of Light that the Lineage of the Immortal Masters has
left as an eternal path towards the Being.
In the moment that Mother Shaktiananda received the blessing of the
Mahavatar Babaji to open a new line of Kriya Yoga Teaching, there was nothing
more to do than to honor that eternal journey, in which those who reach the
Realization of their Being, are those destined to carry the Babaji Essence in their
Consciousness and in their Heart.
Although recent history may insinuate something else, there is no single line
of Masters teaching Babaji’s Kriya Yoga. The strategy of the Great Lord is to wait
patiently for one of his Eternal Disciples, moved by the eternal purpose, to again
reach a successful state on the planet so that, immediately, that disciple can be
given the force of Love that is required to transmit the Kriya Wisdom.
In 1862, after centuries of darkness and ignorance, Babaji restored the Great
Teaching through Lahiri Baba, thus beginning a new cycle of ascension for
awakened souls. Although this line, the one of Lahiri Baba, known worldwide for
Paramahamsa Yogananda’s book, “Autobiography of a Yogi”, is the best known
since the early XX century, it is not the only Line of Light that the Mahavatar has
produced since that time.
It would surprise even the most discerning Initiate to know how these Lines
of Light are produced, and the objectives and purposes that the Mahavatar
conceives in offering the teaching through his realized disciples.
Much has been written about Kriya Yoga and much remains to be revealed.
Within the Teaching of Shiva Kriya Yoga, Mother Shaktiananda and Babaji have
shared greater truths that, given the human framework of excessive information,
have made it necessary for the SKY student to be able to know them from the
very beginning of his Path. This, of course, without neglecting the necessary
gradualness.

The restitutions
The occurences originated by Mahavatar Babaji’s goodness are three so far:
FIRST RESTITUTION - 1862.
In 1861, the lineage of Lahiri Mahasaya begins: Mahavatar Babaji initiates
Lahiri and restores Kriya Science at the end of the Kali era. This succession
of disciples has decanted into several pure aspects of Kriya. The line of Sri
Yukteswar, Master of Paramahansa Yogananda, is perhaps the best known.
Swami Keshabananda (disciple of Lahiri) is another Guru of this Lineage,
like Swami Hariharananda (Puri) and Swami Omkarananda (Rishikesh), both
disciples of Sri Yukteswar. Also, there is Lahiri’s own family lineage, currently
represented by his great-grandson Shibendu Lahiri (Varanasi).
SECOND RESTITUTION - 1951-52.
In 1951-52, Babaji establishes contact with V.T. Nilakantan and Yogi Ramaiah,
which opens a new aspect of Kriya in Chennai (India), its main disseminators
are Kriya Babaji Sangah Organization in the United States and Marshall
Govindam, based in Canada.
THIRD RESTITUTION - 2000.
Today, when the Great Transformation is a fact, a new aspect has been
created: Shiva Kriya Yoga.
Shaktiananda Ma has received, from her creative force, a powerful and pure
system of teachings in the essential line of Kriya Yoga, opening a new focus
of this ancient path towards Realization.
For almost seven years, Mahavatar Babaji, working together with Shaktiananda
Ma, designed the Shiva Kriya Yoga System. The last levels of this Teaching, to
which only the most advanced disciples have access, were projected from the
Sphere of Divine Consciousness to Mataji Shaktiananda..
Objetive west
It is very interesting to note that, from the first restitution, Babaji manifested
the purpose of the Science of Kriya Yoga being known in the West. The question
that arises is: what is Babaji’s interest in the West?
As literally as Yogananda puts it, the answer offered by the Master refers to
a future time where a vision of unifying Universal Spirituality resurges from the
American continent.
Thus, of the first two restitutions, Masters are established in the western
world, with Paramhamsa Yogananda being the one with the greatest projection,
given, among other things, his quality as a pioneer and the moment in which his
task took place.

unusual characteristics, which we will discuss immediately.

A hidden technique
“To speak of the Kriya Philosophy is not easy, more so when, being a learned
technique, many of the instructions have disappeared, assigned among beings
that should have awakened and given a more expedited course.
Maintaining this discipline as an effective alternative before the world has had
its cost. Dispelling so many behavioral patterns, in which nobody sees themselves
breathing more than with the basic objective of survival, is a very strong
stigmatization for someone who intends to help himself by innovating, within
himself, to culminate a chosen period of life, in time, to develop”.
Accelerating evolution
“The Consciousness plays a vital role here, being maintained by the same
achievement that it has obtained in one life or another. So, no one should be
surprised at his inclination to the technique but should try to assimilate the closest
we have come to procuring ourselves with the Essence of this ancestral Truth.
Maintaining discipline is a feat, almost always possible; more so, when the astral
activity of the Being has been deposited as a conduit before the Spheres of
Light that have been created only so that this acceleration of the evolutionary
processes is given conveniently and responsibly.
The method is handled with exactitude in the Truth of the precise conduction
of the Vital Energy by our system. We must reinforce the circulation of Prana
by the channels from which we are conformed and the interconnection with the
Chakras that come to be the disposition of the most exact System.”

An exact system
The oxygen that enters the physical system purifies the venous blood, which
transports the waste produced in the tissues and cells to the lungs, where the
toxins are released in the form of carbon dioxide. Oxygen converts dark venous
blood into oxygenated arterial blood, generating a constant cycle of purification
that allows adequate functionality of the physical system.
In a normal, balanced individual, daily breaths are in the order of 21,600,
although most humans far exceed this average.
A very dense individual demands from his system very fast and continuous
cycles of breathing, given the need to constantly purify the blood. This
requirement focuses on cardiac and respiratory activity, both are accelerated
to respond to the need for cellular purification, taking the system to the limit of
its capacity. The constant work of purification brings the rapid aging of cells and
tissues, and the gradual deterioration of cardiac activity.
All this leads us to conclude the importance of breathing in life and sustaining
biological systems. And that is where the Vedic Wisdom enters again: if a plan
of physical existence is based on the number of breaths, the life time of an
individual depends on the way in which it breathes.
Likewise, the prolongation of physical existence depends on its ability to
reduce breathing. The less breathing, the less degeneration of the system and
consequently, the more physical life.

unconscious breathing that strengthens the ego, and we take the conscious
breathing (Kriya) as the method of Realization, we reactivate our subtle conduits
and we reconnect with the total system of the Self.
As a synthesis we could safely say that:
• The existence of the Being is not linked to unconscious breathing.
• Unconscious breathing keeps the Soul linked to the physical body and the
ego.
• The life of the Soul is related to the Pulse of Light that emanates from the
Primordial Source.
• When a System is bound to physical life through density and degeneration,
the Soul can not establish connection with the Source.
• The states of diminution, control and suspension of breathing are states of
alignment with the Divine Light.
• When a physical system reduces its breathing, it releases the Soul from its
physical anchors and the states of Divine Communion are produced.
• When working on the domain of breathing, the process of cellular
deterioration is reversed and, in addition, as a result of the activation of
Prana in our system, the cells receive a greater amount of Light, taking our
Being to states of Divine Communion (Samadhi).
Finally:
The ultimate purpose of Kriya Yoga is not to learn to breathe,
but to stop doing it.
103
The Light System
Before everything, breathe
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
As you feel now, you should always feel.
Let’s see, I will explain it to you: Only when you breathe like this, consciously,
is it that you can realize who you are and how you should be.
And you do not require anything or anyone, only an intention. And it is so
easy to breathe. And you’ve forgotten, or rather, you do not even care
about doing it that way.
Even, I tell you, many times we say phrases that would have helped us to
return to all this. For example, when many times, after a burden, we dare
to say ‘Let me breathe’.
After profound exhaustion, the only thing that occurs to us is to breathe.
When you think you lack the air for some situation and you say ‘I want to
breathe’.
And, most commonly, when you feel some saturation in the face of
something, too much work, people who are demanding of you, and you
say to yourself ‘I’m going to take a break (breather)’ and you end up
leaving. In the visible, you go somewhere, you move away, you close up.
And in the invisible, you go to yourself, you enclose yourself in you, you
dare to feel yourself. And I know that many times you do not do this
consciously. You do not even know why you do it. And, what may be more
regrettable, immediately after everything happens, you act as if nothing
had happened.
Where do you think that record is going? Where is it? What do you
accumulate? I could even tell you: What are you hiding? And that’s when
I tell you, before everything you have to breathe. Before what you see,
107
before what you believe you suffer, you have to strengthen your structure
of the Being by breathing.
And if you do not believe me, I can do nothing. But I would tell you: try.
Try to become increasingly conscious of all that you are, of all that you
contain, of everything that you can manifest only with that.
In these times there is so much to breathe. We have to do that common
exercise. You also have to learn to breathe the other. Of course it’s
impossible for you to do it for him, but I know you know what I’m saying.
Much of what happens, of what you see as discordant, of what frightens
you and in what you do not agree with, happens because you have not
had the courage to breathe all that Is, all that there is, all that exists.
How many examples! And you have to be attentive very conscious and, if
you can, in harmonization so that all that you are capable of breathing,
you let become you, you accept it in you, you sustain it in you. So it should
be.
And you could not be there saying ‘I breathe more and better than that
one’. You could not even say ‘I breathe well’.
Be content with saying ‘I breathe. I breathe. I breathe’. And only that will
give you the just and full sensation of life. And then you’ll see how much
more you want to feel, because everything else exists equally.

Prakriti:
primordial nature
Prakriti is the causal manifestation of the creative force as the universal
construct that sustains Evolution. Prakriti is the immense energetic framework
where all of Creation rests and, at the same time, it is creation itself, the
Evolutionary Field.
It is the Creatrix, the Divine Forces that organize the planes and spaces of
Manifestation, creating the environment where souls are developed in the
process of Involution-Evolution.
• Prakriti is the Mother Substance, from which all Creation is constructed,
including the evolutionary bodies of the Being.
• It has different vibrational states within the evolutionary fields, dense
matter being its lowest vibrational state.
Prakriti is composed of three primordial vibrations called Gunas, which also
offer the primordial qualities of the entire Created Universe:
The Three Gunas are known as:
Sattva: The Principle of Harmony, Purity and Consciousness.
Rajas: The Principle of Action, Turbulence and Emotion.
Tamas: The Principle of Inertia, of Unconsciousness, of Darkness.
The Three Gunas are present in all of Creation, offering the specific quality
to that aspect or, in another sense, expressing the predominant nature of an
Element.
For example, in the composition of the bodies described, Sattva is the quality
of the Causal Body, Rajas the quality of the Astral Body and Tamas, the quality
of the Physical Body.
Now, there are also combinations of primordial vibrations, offering the
possibility of locating in a wide spectrum of frequencies to the created aspects,
for example, an element can be predominantly Sattva and have some quality
of Rajas or, on the contrary, be predominantly Rajas and have or express some
Sattva quality.
The Five Tanmatras, reflected in the Three Gunas, in turn create the five senses
(from Sattva), the five Organs of Action (from Rajas), and the Five Elements (from
Tamas).
Prakriti is extremely subtle, even the mind is a product of it, and thought
cannot reach it..

Orient ourselves
toward the universe
When SKY knowledge speaks about closing the doors of the senses and
opening up to the internal universe, it does not refer to a metaphor, but to a
higher reality. The subtle, etheric aspects of the spinal cord and its associated
photonic centers (Chakras) are an exact hologram of the created universe in all
its dimensions and cosmic potencies.
The activation and connection with Superior Levels of Consciousness, and
the final and sublime enlightenment is based on the progressive work of the
activation of the canal associated with the Spinal Cord (Nadi Sushumna) and the
dimensional portals associated with this Central Channel.
The techniques of Shiva Kriya Yoga allow the Initiate to magnetically activate
the Spinal Cord and mobilize the different streams of Prana through their
centers. It is from the flow of the photonic force by the Nadi Sushumna that the
Consciousness progressively and undetainably rises.
As is known, the Universal Mother Energy, the Kundalini, waits latent in
the Muladhara Chakra for the Awakening and Consciousness of each being to
awaken it and take it lovingly through all the Cosmic Dimensions towards its
union with the Creator Principle, the union of Shiva and Shakti.
To the extent that SKY techniques are performed with constancy and
determination, the senses reorient their projection from the outside to the
inside. The sensory apparatus and its connection with the finite and limited
external world, gradually direct the light circuits of the spinal cord towards the
Divine design that every being carries with it, which opens the doors of the Being
towards the Universe, its dimensions, planes and harmonic tones. It is there that
the Initiate must place his attention, intention and will; in the Spinal
Cord and in the work with the internal photonic currents, keys for
the connection with the Absolute.
By understanding the importance of the bastion of Light that
is hidden in the subtle circuits associated with the spinal cord, it
becomes possible to develop the higher aspects of Kriya.
The forms of Shiva Kriya Yoga that will be transmitted from
now on allow the Initiate the conscious action of reorienting
the senses and their projection towards the etheric-photonic
circuits, and especially in the central channel Sushumna
(spinal cord), which forms the pillar of our most real and
exact conduits to establish the principle of the Supreme
Being in each being.

“Within the Kriyas there is so much, and they have been given to the extent of the
physical and spatial needs that exists.
Each one focuses on the connection and the projection that the Being can attain
towards the Mother Substance. When you breathe and a rhythm is established,
the connection with that invisible propulsion that drives and guides all created
Souls begins to take place immediately.
Containing the breath, retaining it, can be seen by some as an inconvenient
modality, believing that the cosmic load contained in the Divine Molecules cannot
be repressed for any reason. It is understood that everything must operate as
a free flow, associated with an exact mechanism that provides and distributes
each molecular axiom through our system.
However, there have been cases in which it is convenient to feel the strength
of that breath inside the internal vacuum. The sensation of containing is pure,
and even necessary, when the Essence must be forced to recognize itself in that
molecular condensation that beats rebelliously within each one and demands to
leave, to spread, to expand and to be diluted in the midst of the All.

Gayatri Mantra
OM BHUR BHUVA SWAHA
TAT SAVITUR VARINYAM
BHARGO DEVASYA DHIMAHI
DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYAT
It must be considered that the Gayatri Mantra is the pillar of the Circle of
Light; therefore it is used in the following areas:
• Mantra Yoga
• Surya Yoga
• Homa Vidya
The different modalities of work with the Mantra available to the Initiate are
offered below. Remember that the accompanying audios are available through
the Initiate’s Page.
Gayatri Japa
• In the Japa proposal, the Initiate designs his own set of repetitions, with a
minimum consideration of 1 daily round and a maximum of 12. In this case,
the performance of Japa does not require a fixed set of repetitions, as do
the proposals of Anushtana or sandhyas.
• The 108 minimum repetitions cannot be interrupted.
Los sandhyas
Sandhya in Sanskrit translates as “union or conjunction time”. Specifically, it
refers to three moments of the day associated with solar irradiation:
• Pratahsandhya: the meeting between the end of the night and the beginning
of the day, dawn.
• Madhyahma Sandhya: the moment of union between the end of the first
part of the day and the beginning of the second, noon.
• Sayam Sandhya: the conjunction of the conclusion of the day and the
beginning of the night, sunset.
The sandhyas have a sattvic quality, of high vibration, that is why the repetition
of mantras or the sadhana performed at these moments is very auspicious and is
referred to in the Vedas as being of paramount importance for the practitioner.

in the sandhyas reaches the highest power, generating profound benefits of
connection and descent of light for the Initiate..
TRIKALA SANDHYA JAPA
Trikala Sandhya is the practice of any type of sadhana in the three sandhyas,
in this case, Gayatri Japa.
SANDHYA JAPA
Sandhya Japa is when only one of the sandhyas is chosen for performing
Gayatri Japa. Of course, the practices have greater benefits according to the
measure that they are more consistent, constant, and when the evolutionary
time precedes as a gain toward the expansion of consciousness. Sandhya
Japa, is referred to by the following names, according to the Sandhya in which
it is performed:
• Bhor Gayatri Japa: Repeating the Gayatri mantra at sunrise.
• Dopahar Gayatri Japa: Pronouncing the mantra at midday.
• Ratri Gayatri Japa: Repeating the mantra in the moments prior to sleeping.
Gayatri Anushtana
The most powerful conscious activation and internal work with Gayatri
is performed by designing an Anushtana, an advanced form of Sadhana, that
must include certain regulations and specific actions. According to scriptures,
Gayatri Anushtana is a fundamental practice within the Vedic Code and can be
performed, at the same time, in 3 levels, described below:
• Laghu Anushtana (simple): A mandala of the mantra in which 13 rounds of
mala are prescribed for 18 continuous days, for the completion of 25,000
Gayatris.
• Madhyama Anushtana (medio): The Anushtana that contemplates performing

Surya Gayatri
The Gayatri Mantra is one of the most powerful solar invocations, since it
is projected not only to the Sun, but to the force that sustains it (Savitur). The
use of Gayatri Mantra, as the great activator of solar cosmic rays in the Science
of Solar Yoga, is a very old way of truly connecting at subtle levels with Cosmic
and Stellar Forces. The Gayatri Mantra technique as a cosmic activator should be
performed as follows:
Technique:
• Sing Om three times.
• Connection position facing East.
• Gyan Mudra.
• Inhale with closed eyes.
• After completing the inhalation, open your eyes by looking at the Sun doing
Tratak.Sing Gayatri looking at the Sun.
• Pronounce the mantra calmly, as slowly as the exhalation lasts.
• Once the repetition of the mantra is finished, the eyelids are closed and rest
for a few seconds. Inhale again with your eyes closed and fix your gaze on
the Sun.
Etheric Activation:
• Upon inhaling intone the OM Mantra.
• Perceive the descent of the solar radiance produced by the invocation of the
cosmic syllables. Visualize the impregnation of photons in the system.
Recommendations:
• Begin with 3 repetitions for 15 days, and then increase one Mantra each
week until 12 repetitions maximum.
• Realizar esta técnica antes de Surya Namaskar o las prácticas de Kriya Yoga.
• Perform this practice before Surya Namaskar or Kriya Yoga practices.
• If you are not familiar with Gayatri, play the audio of the mantra as a guide.
• The Sun should be observed up to an hour and a half after sunrise,
depending on the geographical area of the practitioner. After this time it is
not recommended.

Homa Vidya
“I am nourished by Fire,
and I also consume my Being in It
to be eternally purified”.
Babaji-Shaktiananda Ma
The practice of the Sacred Fire in the Circle of Light is based on the activation
of the Gayatri Mantra. Through this ancient code, the Initiate will connect
with the feminine polarity of the Veda. Gayatri is a compendium of high solar
resonances, conceiving it as the great connection bridge towards the Spheres
that sustain Divine Grace and the blessing of light-wisdom in the Cosmos..
The Sacred Fire is the most elevated way at this time to establish reconnection,
and should be the Initiate’s strongest resource in his inner work. Accessing this
practice is obtaining one of the most valuable tools within the path of the soul,
especially for reaching the frequencies of Divine Light.
A beautiful Teaching of Jesus-Christ about Sacred Fire, delivered through
Mother Shaktiananda in the first retreats of what is today the Divine Values
School, is shared in this Circle.

MASTER JESUS EMANATION
THROUGH MOTHER SHAKTIANANDA
CONSCIOUSNESS
What do you think it is to turn Fire into ash? It is to burn all past structure.
Burning daily the hidden memory captivates the Soul so much. It is a
liberating outlet, it is like your body set on fire, immersed in that heat that
you do not understand, it lends to Liberation.
My body was never touched by any flame. When My Father told me: ‘GO
JESUS’, I knew that my Liberation would come by another very distinct
path.
Fire, the Sacred Element, announces to me today that your Souls are
attentive to any vestige that wants to hide your own recognitions.
Don’t be so sleepy. Always stoke that fire.
One who knows about his body, recognizes himself in the ashes.
I recognize each one in the heart.
May the infinite goodness of the Father bless you always.

Kechari Mudra
The KechariMudra is a millenary technique based on the use of the tongue
(one of the 5 organs of action) in order to make superior connections.
Because of the various approaches to the value of this technique, the Teaching
of Mother Shaktiananda in relation to Kechari Mudra is offered.
“The Kechari Mudra must be used, and the practitioner must be encouraged to
achieve the exact corporal discipline that allows more purity in the connection.
Encourage practicing the almost spiral placement of the tongue in the buccal
orifice, thus determining not only its stillness, but the flow of Prana that is handled
in the cavity.
This complements satisfactorily all the energetic torrent that occurs during
meditation and its eventual connection”.
“The yogi should sit in a solitary place and fix his gaze firmly between the eyebrows.
He will put his tongue up, taking it back as far as possible, to the opening (behind
the palate), into the well of the Nectar (the frontal sinuses) and hold it there with
care. This is the Kechari Mudra, which I have revealed at the express request of
my devotees.
Truly I tell you that the yogi who meditates regularly with the tongue turned
upwards for the desired time, never, never encounters death.
Whoever practices it patiently and meticulously will discover that Eternity can be
reduced to a moment.”

Chinmaya Mudra
Mother Shaktiananda has revealed:
“The Chinmaya is a mudra used to activate internal processes, drawing upon the
connection, for the purpose of internalizing and capturing the vibrations disposed
for referring us to ourselves in expressions, sensations, feelings and actions.”
Just as the Mother and the Masters approach Chinmaya Mudra, its application
in the Circle of Light is more than ideal. Introspective work begins with much
more emphasis, the conduits are directed inward.
The practitioner must incorporate Chinmaya Mudra as a resource, not at all
minor, to achieve Pratyahara, orientation of the senses and conscious attention
towards inner reality.
Technique:
• The tip of the index finger touches the fingertip of the thumb on both hands.
Both fingers form a circle like Gyan Mudra.
• The middle, ring and little fingers are closed, touching the palm of the hand
with the fingertips.
• It is recommended for the practices of Dhyana (Meditation) from the Circle

Dhyani Mudra
As its name suggests, Dhyani Mudra is a fundamental seal conceived of in
order to achieve, through the balance of the lateral nadis, an adequate flow of
the internal currents that propitiate Meditation or in its initial stages, Pratyahara
and Dharana.
Dhyani Mudra does not activate the polarities individually, as does the potent
Gyan Mudra, but rather it intends to balance upon performing the seal in the zone
of the Swadisthana-Manipura Chakras, in the external linearity of Sushumna.
The union of the thumbs, touching at the tips, refers to a bidirectional
activation, creating an electrical flow in the channels associated with Purusha
and, especially in the superior mental field.
It is an advanced mudra, that the practitioner can begin to experiment,
keeping in mind that, if sufficient practice and activation of Gyan Mudra has not
been performed, this gesture will not produce great effect.
Nevertheless, temporary sensations of calm and stability in the mental field,
are a very rapid result of Dhyani Mudra.
Technique:
• The palm of the left hand receives the back of the right hand.
• The thumbs are raised, touching at the tips, producing an almost circular
closure.
• Let the mudra rest at the base of Swadisthana.
• Dhyani Mudra is only utilized for the practice of Meditation.

Prana Mudra
This is a mudra of expansion, modulation and control of the ascending energy,
very conducive to the potent Kriyas that are given in the Light System.
Through the introduction of kumbak, bandhas and other methods that
promote the reversal of the flow of apana, the activation of the ascending prana
and the regulatory pranas through the activation of important nadis associated
with the little and ring fingers, becomes necessary.
Technique:
• The little fingers and ring fingers touch the fingertip on the thumb on both
hands.
• The index and middle fingers remain stretched.
• It is recommended for Kriya practices from the Circle of Light.

Mula Bandha
“Block the anus carefully with the heel, pull down the apana to the maximum;
then practice pushing it up gently but firmly.
This is the Mula Bandha, aimed at overcoming decay and death, through it,
apana and prana become more or less balanced.”
Shiva Samhita
Mula Bandha is an energy key that elevates Apana Vayu (excretory pranic
force) and fuses it with Prana Vayu (ascending Prana). In this way, it is possible
to gradually penetrate the Sushumna Nadi.
Mula Bhanda permits the unblocking of the central channel, and the dissolution
of the knots that hinder the ascent of the Shakti Energy. The conscious practice
of Mula Bandha allows for the attainment of achievements relevant to the
dissolution of karma and the advancement in the work of Shiva Kriya Yoga. It
is very important to master Mula Bhanda if you aspire to obtain the advanced
forms of the System and the corresponding evolutionary effect.
This bandha allows one to maintain control of sexual energy. In addition, it
produces significant healing effects in the lower abdominal regions.
Technique:
• Siddhasana as the connection posture. Otherwise, whichever posture is possible.
To practice this Bandha, the Initiate should master Siddhasana or half Siddhasana.
• Inhale fully and then exhale, performing Empty Kumbak.
• Contract the first and second anal sphincters. The anal area has two muscle
rings. The way to perform Mula Bandha correctly is to first contract the external
sphincter, and then the internal sphincter. The sensation that is produced is of
total contraction of the pelvic area and the perineum.
• Hold the bandha for as long as is comfortable.
• Inhale gently while relaxing the sphincters.
• It is recommended that Mula Bandha be performed after the Initiate has practiced
Ashwini Mudra for a while.
• The Mula Bandha can accompany any Kriya at the time of Kumbak and can be
combined with other bandhas, according to the suggestions of each practice.
Practice:
• The practice of Mula Bandha in combination with the other closures is
recommended, as will be described in the Kramika Bandha technique.

Uddiyana Bandha
“Contract the stomach to the maximum, pushing the navel at the same time.
This exercise is called Uddiyana.
With your constant practice you automatically obtain a cleansing of the intestines,
and thanks to that the air inside your body is also purified.”
Shiva Samhita
The Sanskrit word Uddiyana comes from the roots Ut and Di, which means “to
elevate.” When this Bandha is performed, Prana penetrates the Nadi Sushumna.
It is a Bandha that mobilizes the energy of the abdominal area through the
contraction of its muscles. This area has a very complex energy, and this Bandha
energizes Swadisthana and Manipura Chakras.
It is carried out in the Kumbak phase or to achieve a perfect Rechak. Its
execution is decisive in the dissolution of blockages in the area of the Swadisthana
and Manipura Chakras.
The benefits of elevating the currents of prana are extraordinary, and what
has been said about Mula Bandha applies to Uddiyana as well. The effects on
health, especially in the digestive and metabolic system are very important,
taking into account that the purification of this system is essential for physical
vitality and, without a doubt, for advancement in the management of internal
energies.
Technique:
• It can be done in connection position (any of them) or standing.
• If you are standing, you should bend your chest little forward and place your
handson your thighs or near your groin.
• Make a strong exhalation (Rechak) through the mouth while contracting the
abdominal muscles, trying to take them to the back.
• Kumbak is performed without retained air.
• When there is a need to breathe, relax the abdominal muscles and then
inhale (Purak).
Practice:
• Review the Kramika Bandha Technique.

Jalandhara Bandha
“Jalandhara is referred to as such
because its intercepts the Nectar that flows from Sahasrara,
that is otherwise consumed in the fire that is in the navel.
In this way the yogi is able to drink the nectar and thus obtain Immortality.”
Shiva Samhita
Jalandhara Bandha is, primarily, an activator of the descending currents of
cosmic energy. These energies enter through the superior circuit and descend
through the subtle channels. If they are not stopped or consciously controlled,
they feed the Fire of the Manipura Chakra, maintaining the dynamics of the
Bhuta Agni in that region.
By performing Jalandhara Bandha, the Amrita, or at least part of it, remains
in the higher centers, primarily activating the Vishudda Chakra. In addition, it
energizes the area of the medulla oblongata, the receptor of cosmic energy in
the system. In the physical body, it has direct effects on the heart, the thyroid
glands, and the cervical region.
The power generated by the tensions of the bandhas in the gradual unlocking
of Sushumna cannot be touted enough. It is essential for the practitioner to
master these closures, since it will result in a practice of superior benefit.
If you observe this Bandha in execution, you might think that it is simply a
matter of placing the chin on the chest while performing Kumbak, however, its
execution is, in reality, much more complex.
Technique:
• Connection posture. Preferably Siddhasana.
• Gyan Mudra or Prana Mudra.
• Performed during Kriya practices, in the Kumbak phase.
• Before placing the chin on the chest, a swallow is performed, allowing the
glottis to open and causing some tension in the throat muscles.
• Bring the chin to the chest. The intent is to extend and tighten the neck
downwards, since this Bandha has important effects on the cervical region
and the energy receptors of the neck.
• At the moment of inhaling or exhaling, raise the chin.
Practice:
• Review Kramika Bandha.

Introduction
to the advanced
SKY techniques
As an Initiate in the SKY Teachings, it corresponds to you, in the Circle of
Light, to begin working on your Being with the Teachings of Shiva Kriya Yoga
directly received by the blessing and kindness of Mataji Shaktiananda, from the
grace and goodness of the Mahavatar Babaji.
It has been necessary to make an emphasis, for a prudent time, on the
purification, harmonization and subtilization of the System, without a doubt,
one must continue to do so. Only after having completed the Fire System and
mastering its nuances and frequencies, is it possible to access the more profound
practices, including the most advanced forms of subtilization and activation. This,
of course, does not diminish the Fire System in any way, as it is the foundation
of the construct of Light that we call Shiva Kriya Yoga.
It could occur that the Kriyas of Light may not be appreciated according
to their real value and depth by those who have worked insufficiently in their
lower structures and who undervalue, due to ignorance, a method of quantum
evolution of this magnitude, toward the transformation and Realization of the
Being.
Another aspect to consider in this introduction to the Light System is the
pertinence of activating circuits and energetic structures in the Initiate, which
allow him to develop his practices in the most exact way.
It is necessary to establish the appropriate conditions of consciousness in
order to approach the Kriyas of the Circle of Light, offered by the Goodness of
Babaji:
• Internally sustain the understanding of the fundamental purpose.
• Comprehend the importance of discipline as a tool for achievement.
• To have activated the foundations of Will oriented towards the Light.
• If the practice of Shiva Kriya Yoga is not performed in a conscious manner,
access to the Superior Circles of the discipline will not benefit the one who
is receiving it.
• A careful reading of the material is recommended, as well as the most exact
appreciation and impregnation of the techniques that are granted.
• The enchantment of Love that Shiva Kriya Yoga requires is the most
important variable for success in Sadhana and in the transformation.

Kramika Bandha
This technique is the method proposed by Shiva Kriya Yoga to be able to
achieve control of the three main bandhas, that at the same time produces a
very effective practice for the Initiate.
The gradual ascending application of the three bandhas allows the activation
of its potential for unblocking and purification, in addition to the benefits
described in each one.
Kramika Bandha should not be considered an optional practice, but rather the
indispensable “door” toward the potent Kriyas, that govern the System of Light.

Yogi Kriya
“Today’s practice will be to take a bit of air and lie down on something until this
something becomes a figure that offers us its resistance.“What is this?”- You will
tell me-. And I can tell you that it is a kind of meditation. Sustain the discipline as
you should. Don´t let yourself be won by inconstancy. Is this exercise very difficult?
I do not think so.It’s a way of complementing what we are with other things”.
Mahavatar Babaji
Yogi Kriya is an inverted Kriya. It is very effective for the equilibrium and
adjustment of the inferior Chakras, especially Swadisthana and Manipura.
Additionally, it stimulates the vital energy, allowing it to ascend without
obstacles, towards Ajna.
Its practice generates the oxygenation of the central nervous system. It
works on the ApanaVayu, preventing its descent, and allowing its assimilation.
It produces energetic seal of the whole system and the general balance of the
internal Prana currents.
Technique:
• Connection posture
• Have a cushion or an object and place it on the abdomen at the height of
the Manipura Chakra.
• Inhale deeply and begin to exhale (a).
• Exhale as the torso is lowered, keep some air in the system (b).
• Place the cushion between our legs and abdomen, try to exert some pressure
in this area.
• If possible, perform GyanMudra or Prana Mudra.
• Feel the resistance in the muscular movements of the abdomen seeking air.
• When the impulse to breathe is strong, inhale while raising the torso (c).
• You can optionally perform AshwiniMudra, Mula Bhanda and Uddiyana
Bhanda.
Etheric activation:
• At the moment of the descending exhalation, impel the Shakti energy,
bringing the Om Mantra from Muladhara to Ajna Chakra. (b)
• Hold the Shakti energy and the OM Mantra in Ajna while the Kumbak lasts.
• Make it descend again to Muladhara by inhaling and gradually incorporating
it.

• Exhale in the center deeply
• One Trinadi Kriya is the full execution from Surya Nadi ending with the
exhalation in Sushumna, and the full balancing from Chandra Nadi, exhaling
in Sushumna.
Etheric Activation:
• Consciously verticalize your posture aligning the Chakras in the spine.
• Visualize a layer of Light that covers you. It is essential to build the layer
etherically before performing the Kriya.
• Visualize the main Nadis circuit, Sushumna, Ida and Pingala.
• As we develop the lateral movement, perceive the Energy Field, the Sphere
of Light, and how you are activating your channels as inhalation and
movement develops.
• When working on the Solar Channel visualize a landscape with solar
characteristics. When arriving at the Central Channel, perceive the passage
of the Sphere of Light through a white radiant light tube. When the Lunar
Channel is activated, internally observe landscapes or lunar references.
• All movements should be accompained by the mental pronunciation of the
Om Mantra.
• The brief Kumbak moments are not accompanied by the Om mantra.
• At the end of the movement in the center, exhale (Rechak) with Ujjayi
• Pranayama through the Sushumna.
Recommendations
• You can accompany the practice with the Frequency 417 Hz. which

Panchagatha Kriya
This Kriya is also known as Ulta-Palta Kriya. The Kriya of 5 blows is a secret
technique, especially for the activation of the Kundalini and the unblocking of
the knots of Sushumna Nadi. This is a very important Kriya in various traditions,
although in the Teachings of Shiva Kriya Yoga it is delivered with the variations
given by the Babaji Sphere.
This Kriya opens the door to Sushumna and generates pressure on the
obstacles to ascension, especially the known resistances of Swadisthana Chakra.
It is said that the domination of the Kriya leads one to advance rapidly along the
Path.
This Panchagatha Kriya is practiced by the lineage of Natha Yogis. According
to that tradition it must be practiced without interruption for 30 or 40 days to
be able to observe the potent results that it offers.
Technique:
• Use of 417hz frequency is recommended.
• Connection posture Siddhasana.
• Prana Mudra.
• Shambhavi Mudra.
• STEP 1:
• Inhale and exhale completely.
• Once the exhalation is complete, perform Mula Bandha.
• Immediately following Mula Bandha, perform Uddiyana Bandha.
• Achieve stability in the execution of the two Bandhas
• STEP 2:
• Perform 5, 10, or 15 short, deep breaths. They must be firm, as if to
strike, in Swadisthana Chakra
• The breath is to be executed as if it were hammering from above toward
below, in the area of the second chakra.
• Perform the next cycle immediately.
• This process should not be interrupted for stabilization breaths, nor
constantly stopped and restarted.
• The stabilization breaths are considered to be breaths 6, 11, or 16.

Etheric activation:
• As the process of exhalation and the execution of the bandhas occurs,
visualize the central channel and the chakras, from Muladhara to Sahasrara.
• When the breathing process begins, that is based on cycles of 5, with each
inhalation, pronounce one syllable of the Panchakshara Mantra:
• 1 Na, 2 Ma, 3 Shi, 4 Va, 5 Ya
• If 2 o 3 cycles are performed, repeat the Nama Shivaya Mantra.
• During the exhalation of breath 6, pronounce the Om Mantra.
• If 2 Panchaksharas are performed, Om is exhalation 11.
• If 3 Panchaksharas are performed, Om is exhalation 16.
• Visualize the energy of the mantra entering as beams of Light through the
Crown Chakra.
• The syllables of the Light-Mantra fall like blows upon Swadisthana Chakra.
• During the exhalation, pronounce the Om Mantra, returning the Light from
Swadhisthana toward Chakra Sahasrara, transiting the central channel.
Final considerations:
• The practice of Panchagatha Kriya grants very profound fruits to the
practitioner and develops, with intense practice, certain superior qualities.

“The new currents of Light are re- emerging from the former, from the Primordial
Tradition, this is the truth. Hence, even if it seems contradictory, the recourse
to the Source and to what has been emanated from it ends up being what is
needed.
To have available this modality of enunciating, invoking, and pronouncing God
can be beneficial to control the individual’s magnetism and vibration. There
have been warnings of the inconstant and vertiginous loss of gravitation that
is happening because of the decompensation of electromagnetic forms, and
the necessity that must compel the man to recompose—from hers or his subtle
forms— a body more able to withstand the onslaught of this situation.
The recitation of this unique vibration is intended to compensate for the
retaliation, condemnation and delay that, with much abuse, man has unleashed
when thinking that she or he can obviate Being . Therefore, recite from the lack
of breath, from what is denied, from the hidden, from that space that occupies
emptiness, the principle of Truth.”
Vashi Kriya is the Maha Kriya of the Circle of Light System. It works with the
Force of Transformation, generating a balance in front of the changes in the
terrestrial vibration and magnetism.
Vashi Kriya is the pillar of the Science of Kriya Yoga. Taught by the Eternal
Babaji to Lahiri Mahasaya, it was already known by the Siddhas of antiquity,
and practiced since millennia. While over time the exact transmission was lost,
through Mataji Shaktiananda has been rescued in its original form.
Vashi Kriya is an extraordinary design and at the same time simple to carry
out the expansion of the electromagnetic field. It is Cosmic Technology of
Reconnection and Realization. It produces the sustaining of the electromagnetic
field that generates the subtle body, its expansion and empowerment.
In these times where gravitation is rapidly being lost, it is essential to be able
to sustain the higher frequencies to advance towards the Being. It contains the
millennial secret of the Kriya given through Initiation..

Etheric Activation:
• Visualize internally the central channel, Sushumna, like a hollow tube.
• The practice of Ujjayi Pranayama helps the Initiate develop concentration
and bring attention to the spinal cord.
• When inhaling, elevate the photon energy by visualizing it as a sphere
of mercury or light, from Muladhara Chakra to Ajna Chakra, through the
central channel. Accompany the elevation of energy, pronouncing with the
inhalation the sacred syllable “VA”, extending it according to the time it
takes to completely fill the lungs (a).
• Upon completion of inhalation, hold breath. During retention, mentally
repeat at least three times the sacred syllables “VA” and “SHI”, visualize
them in the Ajna Chakra (b).
• As you exhale, lower the energy from Ajna Chakra to Muladhara Chakra,
through the central channel. Accompany the descent by mentally intoning
the sacred syllable “SHI” and pronouncing the letter “I”, extending it according
to the time of exhalation (c).
Recommendations:
• It is suggested to take a teaspoon of olive oil or ghi before beginning
the practice of this Kriya.
• If you practice without the audio guide:

Dhyana Yoga
Do not fear
your depths
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
Attend to your breathing. How do you feel being with yourself? Is it a
dare, a constant, a necessity? Does it please you? It’s good to tell your
mind how you feel. This way it will be quiet, knowing that you respect it,
you notice it in you.
And from the attention, observation. From the observation, very brief
reflections. From the reflections, the attitude. From the attitude, mental
balance. Do you think you keep balance? Do you recognize your polarities?
Do you know how to balance them, equilibrate them? Do you know how to
sustain that equilibrium? If you contain it, why not?
And observe how healthy your breathing is, as a result of your balance. The
difficult thing is to mantain youself with no alteration, without questions or
answers, without longing for anything, without even asking youself what
are you doing. Would you believe nothing. Would you believe it? Because
what you are doing is reuniting in the All. Conjugate yourself, expand
yourself. Unify yourself from your will, your silence, your breathing, your
mind.
And what happens is that you shift, you mobilize yourself through your
entire Being, your immense Being. Experience not feeling yourself. Do not
fear your depths, your content in emptiness, your emptiness contained.
That which knows how to burst if you allow it.
The mind loves that burst, because it doesn´t feel, it doesn´t think, it doesn´t
know, it´s nothing. It’s the way in which you activate your subtle conduits.
And most importantly: your Light center. Everything pulsates Anahata.
Everything arrives there and expands.
Reserve your breaths, contain them, reduce them, experience your most
infinite power. Only by loving yourself like this could you feel yourself to
be powerful.
Beloved Being, experience your own Being loving Itself. Who do you need?
What do you need? If this is about your Being, loving Itself.
Do not resist, do not overshadow, do not get confused, do not get out of
balance. You are your Being, loving Itself.

Pratyahara:
The return of the senses
“What do you believe causes your thoughts to be gathered, to be inhibited?
In large part, your splendor, your tremendous silence,
your fantastic suspension, your joyful encounter,
your authentic heartbeat in the whole Being. Magnificent.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“If your eyes seek to open, let them, your eyes are not.
Join the vertical points of your being.
Level your conscious state with that unconscious side that rebukes you.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
Pratyahara is the commencement of inner Yoga. The previous stages of
Ashtanga Yoga described by Siddha Patanjali are aspects of Yoga Science that
can be performed externally. Let us examine:
Yama and Niyama, conscious restrictions and actions aligned to the purpose
of the Being, are the projections of the intention toward external reality.
Asana is mastery of the physical body. The achievement from which the
incarnated system becomes a vehicle of the Being through its optimization.
Pranayama refers to the ability to move the currents of internal prana.
As it has been said, these activities, except for Pranayama, can and should be
performed with the eyes open, that is, in waking consciousness. In the case of
Pranayama, it can be performed both ways.
Pratyahara, for its part, is the gateway to states of internal communion.
Pratyahara cannot be performed with the eyes open, it is not its nature, in fact
it is opposite to external forms of connection. Pratyahara causes the central
nervous system to access the Alpha Theta states, outside of the waking states,
and in gradual connection with the inner Universe and Stargate of the Being.
Pratyahara is the decisive state, in which the consciousness is redirected
towards its true purpose and meaning, towards internal contact. The achievement
of this state or level defines the quality of Yoga that an Initiate practices. If
Pratyahara is not achieved, Sadhana ceases in the exterior, and does not fulfill
its real and transcendent purpose. Thus, Yoga will be nothing but a game of the
Ego.
Pratyahara is the state in which the currents of prana change their polarity,
it is a culminating moment of the process of Self-knowledge and Realization,
and it should be a constant goal in the true Sadhaka. If the vital currents are not
redirected, the Transformation process does not take place, since its Essence,
the returning of the senses towards the Being, does not take place. As it has
been said, Pratyahara is the real door to Self-Knowledge.

P.A.S. Meditation
“The Schools of Light open today before your conscious petition to access the pure
knowledge that activates the Being within the Being. Meditation P.A.S consists in
obtaining Purification through Forgiveness, in knowing how to correctly express
Gratitude through Praise and to obtain Blessing by performing acts of Sacrilization.
So: Forgiveness = Purification
Praise = Gratitude
Sacralization = Blessing
Our lives are given by the Goodness that exists within the forms of Light of the Creator
Being.
We must assume that something is sought behind all these evolutionary processes
and that there is a specific and greater purpose for the attaining all the instances of
Liberation.
A good part of humanity has already realized that Salvation was given, and that we still
have another part to do from ourselves. The one who in some way redeemed us, Jesus
Christ, left us a legacy that was taken at will by those who seized a form of power that
today is not sustained by Love. He and we have forgiven, and we have forgiven ourselves.
We have forgiven ourselves because of the implicit and explicit responsibility that we
have had. Hence, today we look for new ways of purification that free us from the guilt
and torment, which we could be taking throughout all these religious and spiritual
processes, to which we have devoted ourselves in body and Soul.
Sustained, at the same time, by the Light, we had to go through experiences in which
there existed an answer and it was presented to us every single time, an assistance, an
unconditional loyalty and it expresses what made us pronounce in Praise what cou.ld be
a hope, repaid in chants, prayers and rites. All as a sign of gratitude and correspondence
for what was offered.
Likewise, no one says that we have always had so much clarity to experience the Cosmic
Force of Love accurately. That is why it is so important to understand that an exercise is
not left aside, that is moreover personal and elevated: To sacralize oneself, to keep the
record of conscious Faith, just, to conceive of ourselves as blessed beings and initiate,
in each incarnation, a set of actions that will allow us to be governed by the Divine Laws
we know, and that we are prepared to implement to reach Ascension.
Establishing this set of feelings in our interior will help us to reaffirm our existence and
to optimize our current life, in which, undoubtedly, we have worked from our depths, to
activate the most beautiful resources, and thus, be able to detach ourselves in PEACE”.

Mataji Shaktiananda
The atmic qualities of So Ham have already been introduced in “The Sounds
of Light”. Meditating with the So Ham Mantra is the way to connect with the
pulse of life, with our Essence. So Ham is the code that leads to higher levels of
consciousness.
The So Ham Meditation is one of the most transcendent forms of activation
of the Vedanta and an activator of the most important superior circuits. The
highest technique of this meditation contemplates the expression of the
primordial question “Who am I?” (KO HAM), in combination with the manifesto
of the Being “I Am” (SO HAM).
It is important to emphasize the attention and emphasis in the moments of
“suspension” that this Atma-Mantra achieves, guiding the practitioner to forms
of superior connection.
To practice So Ham is to give the Being one of the most elevated possibilities
of remembering the origin.
Technique:
• Connection position: Padmasana, Siddhasana, Vajrasana as a minimum.
• Relax the body in the posture, observe the tense areas of the body and relax
them consciously.
• Perform Gyana Mudra.
• Perform Ujjayi Pranayama through the nostrils.
• If it is comfortable, perform Kechari Mudra.
• Elevate your closed or semi-closed eyes to the Ajna Chakra, between the

The beautiful
decision to be with you
EMANATION OF MATAJI SHAKTIANANDA
There are days of days. What has your day been today? And even if
you don’t remember, you have forgotten, review from this position, this
attitude, your whole day, until you reach the beautiful decision of being
here, like this, with you.
You are with you. Celebrate it as the best part of the day, without devaluing
anything or anyone. Rather invoking every moment that brought you, that
allowed you to be here with you.
And go on emptying yourself of the day, until you remain alone with
yourself, with the present moment, the space in which you are located,
the breath that encourages you, the depths, your depths, so firm in you,
so willing for you to establish and reestablish anything. Above all, your
council, your stability, your quietude, your peace, the answer that you are.
May each time you time you clear more, you feel in lightness, in quiet, in
calm. Start appreciating, breathe appreciating yourself.
How much life! Which life? Do you carry life or does life carry you? Is it life
you lead? Would you call it life? Do you believe that today - present as it
is - you have made your life? Do you make your life? Do you do it? What
would life do? How is that? And in principle, it is about all you do, what you
do to yourself, what you do by yourself and for yourself. It is what would
make the most sense.
Breathe. Breathe that it is your life. Breathe what your life is and in certain
way, breathing is the sustenance.
Breathe and thank yourself. Give thanks.
Breathe deeply and become present.

Vapasa Dhyana
The exact handling of the present moment is the primordial secret of Inner
Path realization.
The transits of the Soul happen in a constant of frequency called Present,
and that dimension is the only place in which we can dissolve the discordant
programs impregnated in other moments of the continuum and reactivate the
photons that we have also created in our evolutionary line.
The perception of the Present as the key towards Consciousness Evolution
has been known for a long time in the Schools of the Being, and the ways of
consciously using that eternal moment have been provided, in order to work
on the adjustment on the energetic fields and in the Consciousness bands that
form the Being.
The Conscious Action, Kriya, is the first element of this becoming, since
action determines the constant impregnation of energies in the energetic fields
of the Soul.
Constant action of elevated frequency is the guarantee of Evolution. In each
moment, to feel yourself connected with the impulse of construction, activation
and elevation of filaments of Light and Love through acts, is the most beautiful
conception of the Unique Purpose.
A very effective technique for working in this line of activation of the present
moment is the one known as Vapasa. It is based on the idea that an awakened
being working the dissolution of past Karma, should not impregnate, in his daily
acts, more discordant energy, thus allowing this energy to accumulate in the
pre-existing programs, or possibly even creating new programs .
In order to achieve the purpose of living the Present without new impregnations
of low frequency, the Initiate should display a degree of perfection that he has
not yet achieved , since the actions of the present continuum should be carried
out in frequencies of Love in a constant manner.
Understanding that this is not possible in beings who are still transiting their
Path of Being, daily actions will still be impregnated with duality.

Practical proposal:
• Vapasa is a millenary technique of daily self-inquiry on all our recent acts,
and allows the Initiate to attain actions of self-perception, observation,
acceptance, resolution, and aspiration.
• Suggested use of the frequency 417 Hz to accompany the practice.
• Vapasa consists of a nocturnal review of the events that occurred during
the day, where we go back from the moment before rest begins until the
moment we opened our eyes that morning.
• The review is done as a rewinding a movie, trying to observe and perceive
not only the actions, but the sensations, emotions and feelings associated
with each situation experienced during that day.
• The Initiate must detect those events or words that have not operated at
the level of Love, and during the review, he must visualize and produce
the dialogues and actions necessary to resolve that specific situation in the
highest possible way.
• Once the resolution has been made, the review continues to the previous
events in the chronology of the day.
• The review ends with the moment that we got up that same day.
• It is recommended before starting the practice, to perform at least 3 minutes
of Connected Breathing.
• Work in a lying position

Mandalas
REQUIRED FOR INITIATION IN
THE COSMIC CIRCLE
“To exercise the Will, is the real capacity
that exists so that the Creator is conceived through your Being.”
Mataji Shaktiananda
“I assure you that my perseverance does not respond to any fear,
to any custom, to any routine; rather,
to the fidelity that I have found in my Being.”
In the Wisdom of Shiva Kriya Yoga, Sadhana is considered to be the conscious
practice or execution of Kriya Science, as is the pillar of the attainment of Self-
realization and Ascension.
Sadhana, the action of Kriya Wisdom, leads the Initiate to convert his Subtle
Energetic System into a cosmic laboratory of experimentation of Light, thus
honoring the Force of Transformation that is protected by the inner path, and
the Lineage of Immortal Masters, guided by Mahavatar Babaji, who have granted
and have guarded this primordial knowledge in the different evolutionary Eras.
Sadhana is, in itself, a Science, which requires from the Initiate clear Purpose
and the activation of Will. Likewise, there should be the impulse and the intention
in the student to experience and recreate the gifts and benefits of this Millenary
Teaching.
Keeping in mind that constant practice is the pillar of Realization, Kriya
Sadhana contemplates the execution of Mandalas, in order to forge the conscious
transformation of each Initiate. The Mandalas are cycles of Kriya Sadhana, with
a specific duration, a specific purpose, always of internal development, and a
series of criteria that allow the Initiate to establish new levels of frequencies and
expansion of Consciousness.
Within the SKY Instruction, together as part of Levels I and II, a series of
Mandalas are considered as requirements to pass to the next Circle within the
Teaching.
The Mandalas required for the passage to the Cosmic Circle are shown in the
