III. Rationale
The management of innovation projects within organisations forms the focal point of this
chapter. First,
the role of various intra-organizational contingencies that affect innovation performance is
addressed.
Second, several appropriate management practices are identified which play an important
role for
innovation success. Third, various ways that customer knowledge can successfully be integrated
in in-
novation efforts are discussed. Fourth, top management’s role in innovation projects is analysed.
Fifth,
the importance of interfirm collaborative partnerships for innovation success is described.
Finally,
various innovation benefits are identified so that organizations are able to prioritize between
different
innovation outcome

Instructional leadership is refers to the critical role that educational leaders play in ensuring high-
quality teaching and learning within schools. Instructional leadership is a management of the
school’s process of providing an appropriate teaching and learning environment to improve the
quality of instruction. The major concerns is on the teaching - learning process and the
improvement of the learning outcomes.
They foster a positive and inclusive environment where all stakeholders feel valued and
supported. To meet the differentiated student needs teachers must adapt their instructions to meet
the unique needs of each student. It helps to ensure that all students have the opportunity to learn
and succeed by promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high
expectations, instructional leaders create a conducive setting for effective teaching and learning
to take place.

For these reasons, the proponents designed a professional development activity that would
address the need of professionals for improving instructional leadership skills titled: Addressing
the needs of professionals for improving instructional leadership skills: A Webinar This
webinar aims to equip the participants with different skills that would enable them to believe that
strong leadership is essential for creating a school environment where all students have the
opportunity to thrive academically and personally. By focusing on teaching and learning,
supporting professional development, using data to drive decisions, and cultivating a positive
school culture, instructional leaders can make a significant impact on the success of their
schools.

Objectives

This program aims to:


1. Enable to discuss meaningful ways how on the differentiation is important and why it
may be fair to treat students differently.
2. Teach the participants in articulating the difference between accommodation and a
modification and understand how they relate to Curriculum and Pedagogy or
Instruction.
3. Participants were able to Identify different dimensions of differentiation and apply
and understanding of the differences to the process of equipping teachers.

4. Participants and listeners were able to locate and use resources available to
administrators which can support teachers in their efforts to meet Foster appreciation
of organization characteristics.
5. Help the participants to Access resources available to support the administration of
special programs including Special Education and Bilingual/ESL.

VII. MONITORING & EVALUATION

Monitoring and evaluation are essential components of webinar delivery to assess its
