PROBLEM STATEMENT

In today's fast-paced world, pet owners, especially dog parents, often find it challenging
to provide adequate care for their furry companions due to busy schedules, work
commitments, or unexpected events. Additionally, there is a need for a reliable platform
for individuals who have a genuine love for dogs and are willing to offer dog care
services.

1. Security and Trust : Trust and security are paramount when it comes to pet care.
Dog owners need assurance that the individuals they entrust their pets to are
reliable, responsible, and well-trained. This concern is especially significant when
allowing strangers to enter homes or handle pets in their absence.
2. Inefficient communication: Communication gaps between dog owners and service
providers (like veterinarians, groomers, or dog walkers) can lead to
misunderstandings or missed appointments. Quick and efficient communication is
crucial, especially in emergencies.
3. Information accessibility: Dog owners often struggle to find reliable, easily accessible
information on dog care, whether it's about nutrition, health, training, or behavior.

SOLUTION STATEMENT
Addressing the challenges in dog care, a comprehensive platform can significantly
enhance security, communication, and information accessibility. By implementing a
certification system involving training certifications, an administrator is responsible for
verifying the authenticity of the dog care certificate through a process, ensuring
enhanced security measures are in place and dog owner’s reviews will also be there,
trust and security can be established between dog owners and caregivers. Integrating
real-time communication tools like in-app messaging, SMS alerts, and email notifications
can streamline interactions and keep owners updated on their pet’s status. Additionally,
the platform can host a resource center filled with expert articles and videos. This
holistic approach ensures a reliable, informative, and user-friendly experience for all
involved in dog care. The dog owners can provide the information on the diet and
health of the dog.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The Pawsome Care platform aims to streamline dog care through a user-friendly web
application. It will feature secure user registration and login for both dog owners and
care providers. Owners can specify their dog's needs and search for suitable care
providers, while providers can showcase their experience and manage their schedules.
The platform will include a booking system and a secure communication channel. To
foster a trustworthy community, a rating and review system will be included. When
creating a system to manage dog care, it's important to make sure that it's technically
possible to build, easy for people to use, and can grow or expand in the future. Also,
there should be a practical plan for when the project will be finished, making sure that it
covers all aspects of taking care of dogs.
