The first letters of each essential PNR field form the word “PRINT”. What are these fields?
A PNR is the record of a passenger's reservation. It is stored in the GDS database, with a copy sent to the
airline's (or hotel, car or rail company's) computer system.
Every PNR must contain at least five basic types of information, which can be remembered by thinking
of the word “PRINT”:
R – Received-from
I – Itinerary
N – Name
T – Ticketing date
