Kindly take a note of the following important points:

• The Final term Examination will take place from Monday, 12th February 2024, till Friday, 23rd
February 2024.
• The syllabus has been uploaded on Amitranet.
• Students shall report to school in their proper winter school uniform. Wearing I’d is mandatory on
examination days.
• During the period of examination, the non-examination days will be preparatory holidays for the
students.
• Corrected papers and dummy report cards will be shown to the students on 28th February 2024
during regular school hours. Attendance is mandatory on this day. No change in marks will be made
thereafter.
• The PTM for final term result will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

Note: If your ward is found carrying or using unfair means during the exam, he/she will be awarded
zero and will not be allowed to appear in other papers. In such a case, other papers will also stand
cancelled. Therefore, you are requested to ensure that your ward writes the exams honestly, failing
which, strict disciplinary action will be taken.
