Policies and Guidelines A. Attendance is counted from the first regular class meeting to monitor the number of absences not to exceed 20%
of the total contact hours, as provided in the student handbook. In Flexible Learning Modality, attendance shall be
counted based on the on-time submission of outputs of students.
B. A validated student identification card must be worn by all students while attending classes.
C. Cheating is strictly prohibited, as provided in the Student Handbook. Any form of dishonesty shall be dealt with
accordingly. Honesty is called for at all times.
D. Students are responsible for what transpired if they miss a class. It is the student’s responsibility to contact a
classmate to determine what was missed.
