In compliance with this, Taliptip National High School spearheaded by the School
Principal I, Mr. Emmanuel V. Dionisio with Taliptip National High School Teaching
RATIONALE Force conducted the First Parents and Teachers Conference and Orientation on Face-to-
Face Classes for the school year 2022-2023.

OBJECTIVES  To orient the parents on the implementation of the face-to-face Class

 To discuss the rules and regulations for the incoming school year

Part II: Narrative Report

The First PTA meeting for the incoming school year 2022-2023 was held at Taliptip
National High School covered court at 3:00-4:00 PM. The parent and guardians
registered their attendance near the gate of the school. The meeting started with the
singing of national anthem and followed by a short prayer led by Sir Jonathan Manuel
and Ma’am Leah Bulaong. Then the meeting proceeded by introducing the newly
installed principal of the school Mr. Emmanuel V. Dionisio, he then continued the
meeting by explaining the guidelines for the incoming school year 2022-2023. The
parents and guardians listened and asked questions for their concerns about their learners.
The meeting ended with a closing prayer led by Ma’am Arlene Libao.
