Tony Amituanai
General Manager​ ​- ​Tony is a kind approachable person who has
had plenty of work experience in the past with many different roles
like Logistics Manager and a payroll officer. Also he has a very good
education with having a diploma in sport recreation and a degree in
business. Here at Create V8 Tony is the general manager and does a
very good job at leading the group.

Kacey Edwards
Operations Manager​ - Kacey plays a big role for our
organisation Create V8. He is an important member of our team as he
helps direct and manage the group to make sure everyone is on task
doing what needs to be done. He has very good communication skills
and does a very well job leading his members. His last experiences
being a team leader helped him adapt to become the leader he is
today.

Nico Honetana
Health and Safety​ - Health and safety is a very important aspect
in running a business. That is why we have Nico as our health and
safety manager as he helps create v8 stay safe and clean. Nico has
also had a lot of experience being in a team with being the team
leader on multiple occasions.

Jayden Purdie
Human Resources​ -​ Jayden Purdie is a helpful individual who
works well in a team environment. He has had past experience with
being a supervisor and being a team leader. Jayden is in charge of the
human resources at Create V8.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are a twenty four hour fast food restaurant named Create V8 and
we are based in Manukau. Our main goal is to help provide individuals
with a service where they can get easy accessible healthy meals. We
have a wide range of different meals like salads, sandwiches, protein
meals, smoothies and much more. We decided to make a healthy
twenty four hour fast food restaurant because we identified the
problem that athletes or people that like to train have which is there is
hardly any healthy fast food options and no healthy options late at
night. Therefore we created a place where people can choose the
healthy option anytime they like. This will help benefit those people
who don't have the time to cook for themselves and don't want to
have other fast foods that will negatively affect their fitness goals.
With health and fitness being a upcoming popular trend this would be
almost perfect for the community and with the group of team
members we have we all believe that this business will be a
successful one.
