 LAST DAY OF JUDGMENT

A. Definition of Judgment Day Belief

The judgment day is a transitory day when human life of this world would
end and all will move on to their respective status in the life hereafter. It is a part
of Muslim belief to believe in the occurrence of the judgment day. The belief in
this day is related with the life hereafter. When a Muslim believes that there is a
life hereafter, then he or she also agrees to the fact that with the end of time there
is going to be a judgment day where all people will be judged on the bases of their
deeds and then as per those deeds they will enjoy punishment or reward in the
eternal afterlife.

The Day of Judgment is the day when all the bodies are resurrected
through the sound of the trumpet of Israfil. On this day, all will provide an
account of their lives, revealing both good and bad deeds. Then, God will decide
who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. Only God can make this final
judgment. He can forgive all sins – except claiming anyone or anything other than
God is a deity. Heaven and hell are eternal, but it is possible through God’s mercy
that those in hell can later be moved to heaven.

B. Event Leading Up to Judgment Day

The one thing that is synonymous with the judgment day in Islam is the
blowing of trumpet. The blowing of trumpet will mark the start of the judgment
day and it is when the world, as we know it would end and cease to exist.

The day will start when the trumpet blows for the first time. When the
trumpet blows, the first reaction to it would b all the all that is in heaven and earth
will faint, meaning that the life on it would end, except for those who Allah wants
to live.

C. Event After Judgment Day

When the second time the trumpet will blow, all will rise and all will come
into an order that marks the commencement of the judgment.

Muslims attest to the truth of everything Allah or His Messenger

Shollallahu 'alayhi wasallam said about death. Allah has not created His creation
in vain. He created men and jinn to worship Him and promised paradise as a
reward to those who obey Him and His Messengers, and promised Hellfire to
those who disobey Him or His Messengers.

One whose good deeds overweigh his evil deeds will prosper, while him
whose bad deeds outweigh his good ones will be condemned to Hellfire - unless
he died in the state of Islam. Then, Allah would either forgive him or punish him,
and eventually he would enter paradise. Islam is the precondition for the
acceptance of any good deed.

 HARI PEMBALASAN (KIAMAT)

A. Definisi Iman kepada Hari Pembalasan

Hari pembalasan adalah hari ketika kehidupan manusia di dunia ini akan
berakhir dan semua akan menuju ke status mereka masing-masing dalam
kehidupan setelah kematian. Ini adalah bagian dari keyakinan Muslim, yakni
percaya pada peristiwa hari penghakiman. Kepercayaan pada hari ini
berhubungan dengan kehidupan setelah kematian. Ketika seorang Muslim percaya
bahwa ada kehidupan setelah ini, maka dia juga yakin dengan fakta bahwa
berakhirnya waktu akan ada hari penghakiman di mana semua orang akan
dihakimi berdasarkan perbuatan mereka dan kemudian sesuai dengan perbuatan
mereka akan menikmati hukuman atau pahala di akhirat kekal.

Hari penghakiman adalah hari ketika semua tubuh dibangkitkan melalui

suara sangkakala Israfil. Pada hari itu, semua akan memberikan pertanggung
jawaban tentang kehidupan mereka, mengungkapkan perbuatan baik maupun
buruk. Kemudian, Allah akan memutuskan siapa yang akan pergi ke surga dan
siapa yang akan pergi ke neraka. Hanya Allah yang dapat membuat penghakiman
terakhir itu. Dia dapat mengampuni semua dosa. Surga dan neraka itu kekal,
tetapi melalui belas kasihan Allah, mereka yang dahulunya ada di neraka dapat
dipindahkan ke surga.

B. Kejadian Menjelang Hari Kiamat

Satu hal yang identik dengan hari kiamat dalam Islam adalah peniupan
terompet. Peniupan sangkakala akan menandai permulaan hari penghakiman dan
itu adalah ketika dunia, sebagaimana kita tahu itu akan berakhir dan lenyap.

Harinya akan dimulai ketika sangkakala berbunyi untuk pertama kalinya.

Ketika terompet berbunyi, reaksi pertama untuk itu akan menjadi semua yang ada
di surga dan bumi akan melemah, yang berarti bahwa kehidupan di atasnya akan
berakhir, kecuali bagi mereka yang Allah ingin hidup.

C. Kejadian Setelah Hari Kiamat

Ketika sangkakala akan berbunyi untuk kedua kalinya, semua akan

bangkit dan semua akan datang menuju perintah yang menandai pelaksanaan
penghakiman.

Kaum muslim membuktikan kebenaran segala hal dari Allah dan Rasul-
Nya Shollallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam tentang kematian. Allah tidak menciptakan
ciptaan-Nya dengan sia-sia. Ia menciptakan jin dan manusia untuk menyembah-
Nya dan menjanjikan Surga Firdaus sebagai balasan bagi mereka yang menaati
Dia dan Rasul-Nya, dan menjanjikan api neraka kepada mereka yang tidak
menaati Dia atau para Rasul-Nya.

Orang yang perbuatan baiknya melebihi perbuatan jahatnya akan makmur,

sementara dia yang perbuatan buruknya melebihi perbuatan baiknya akan
dihukum api neraka, kecuali dia mati dalam keadaan Islam. Kemudian, Allah
akan memaafkannya atau menghukumnya, dan akhirnya ia akan memasuki surga.
Islam adalah syarat untuk menerima perbuatan baik apapun.

kehendaki untuk hidup. Ketika terompet kedua kali ditiup, semua akan bangkit dan
semua akan menyusun perintah yang menandai dimulainya penghakiman
