EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AND DEED OF SALE OF VEHICL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, LEONARD WILLIAM SHONHAN, was the registered owner of one (1) unit TOYOTA
SEDAN particularly described as follows:

Body Type Sedan MV File No. 1224-00000037029
CR No. 195079651 Year Model 2000

That said LEONARD WILLIAM SHONHAN died on December 1, 2022 at Dumaguete City,
Negros Oriental, Philippines, leaving no Will or Testament, survived by his only compulsory heir,
(daughter) LEANNE JOY P. RAKE, of legal age, Australian Citizen with residence and postal
address at Townsville, Australia, hereinafter called the ADJUDICATEE-VENDOR;

That upon the death of said LEONARD WILLIAM SHONHAN, by the law on succession
said ADJUDICATEE-VENDOR, by operation of the law on succession, became the owner of
above-described vehicle and therefore, invoking Section 1 of Rule 74, the latter hereby
ADJUDICATE unto her own, full ownership of said vehicle;

WITNESSETH FURTHER:

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
100,000), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to the entire
satisfaction, the ADJUDICATEE-VENDOR through her Attorney In Fact, Lyn Camansi Toronon,
authorized by the Special Power of Attorney per Doc No. 503, Page No. 95, Book No. 7, Series of
2022, in the Notarial Registry of Atty. Al- Zhain I. Sadjail, hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY
by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto and in favor of ROBERT HENRY TURNER, American Citizen, of
legal age, and resident of Bantayan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, the above described
vehicle free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the herein the Attorney In Fact of the ADJUDICATEE has
hereunto affixed her signature this 8th day of September, 2023 at Dumaguete City.
