I, MR. B.O. ABIRU of………………(Hereinafter called the “DONOR”) appoint ABAYOMI

UDE of Mews Limited, Plot 1, Ayodeji Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. (Hereinafter called the

“ATTORNEY”) as my true and lawful Attorney in respect of ALL THAT 2 nos. of 4 Bedroom

Semi Detached House with 2 rooms boys quarters being at Block F Anselm Road, Lekki, Lagos

State. (Hereinafter referred to as the “PROPERTY”) and I hereby confer upon my Attorney the

following powers and authorities:

1. TO manage, control and look after the said PROPERTY in all respect and to represent the

Donor before any concerned authorities and under all circumstances.

2. TO let out and lease the said PROPERTY, to receive the rent in the Donor’s own name and to

issue receipts in the Donor’s name.

3. TO enter into any Agreement-To-Sell the said PROPERTY, to anyone, to receive the

payment, in the donor’s name and to issue the receipts thereof.

4. To do all deeds, execute all documents and undertake all actions necessary and required of

the Donor to effect a letting, lease, transfer, or sale of the PROPERTY.

I, the Donor do hereby confirm to ratify all and whatsoever my attorney may do or cause to be

done by virtue of these presents and declare that this Revocable Power of Attorney granted

without consideration shall automatically terminate on the 31st of May 2015.
