DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION OF LAND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Absolute Sale made and entered into by and between:
--E-STELITA—B. DACILLO, of legal age, Filipino, present:ay residing at Daraitan,
Tanay, Rizal, hereinafter called the "VENDOR";- and -
WORLD TRADERS, represented by ABDUL FtAZZAQ SIDDIG, of
legal age, Filipino, with address at BF Homes, Paranaque City, hereinafter called
the "VENDEE";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of the lot situated at Daraitan, Tanay,
Rizal, covered by Original Transfer Certificate of Title No. M-00878 in the
Registry of Deeds of Rizal, containing an 'area of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY (570)
square meters, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P80,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
VENDOR to his full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER
and CONVEY a PORTION of the above described property unto the VENDEE, measuring
FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, their members, successors and assigns, absolutely
and free from all liens and encumbrances.
The VENDOR hereby undertake that their members, successors and assigns shall
warrant and defend the rights to the real property subject of this Deed against all
claims of all persons or entities. The VENDOR also guarantees the right of the
VENDEE to take possession of the property subject of this agreement upon the
signing and execution of this agreement and will defend the latter against all
judicial or administrative actions for eviction.
This Agreement shall be valid and binding not only on the parties herein but also
on their heirs, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their
signatures this at Antipolo City, Philippines.
