1. What is your preparations before attending the assigned class?
I first prepared my belongings before going to school and when entering the classroom, I am always cheerful. 2. What have you observe on the teachers strategies in handling the class? She always makes an effort to make the lesson clear and understandable to her students, especially now that it is exam week, so she can prepare strategies that her students will remember. 3. What are the learner’s behaviors, and attitude during class? Describe briefly. The student is attentive during class, particularly when the teacher is discussing. They are not boisterous, and they listen carefully in order to get excellent marks.
4. Share your insights about this week’s observation.
Every student I observed this week taught me something new. It's as if they're getting to know me better; it's exciting but sometimes challenging since they ask for ideas. It's more nerve-racking at times because there are English-speaking students who want to talk to me, so as a student teacher, you must be really proficient in interacting in English in front of them. Being a good teacher is one of the most crucial things you can do to win the hearts of children. WEEKLY REFLECTIVE JOURNAL FOR FS 2

The things that I did together with my mentor this week.
1. What are your expectations in assisting your FS mentor?
My expectations for my mentor are that she will teach me how to manage a class, double-check all of their test papers and compute grades. That was my expectations because she will guide a student teacher because she is a teacher. 2. What are the classroom management activities that you are engaged in together with your FS mentor? This week's activities for my mentor's students in each section included collaborative tasks and quizzes. 3. Describe your participation in the Assessment in Learning? I assist students by offering suggestions on how to improve their performance as they do collaborative tasks. 4. Describe your participation in making of instruction materials. I volunteer to create an idea for instructional materials and assist my mentor as needed, as well as to be responsible. 5. Share your impressions about this week’s participation & assisting your FS mentor. We talk and get to know each other, and my mentor gives me advice on how to be a responsible teacher eventually. Then she shows me some paper work to be checked and graded. The next time she gives me a task to do, it will be something like checking papers or tests by under her guidance.
