I am writing to request permission to overload in Communications 3: Data

Communications (ECCE 0324) for the upcoming semester. I am currently a graduating

student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (ECE) and anticipate

completing my degree requirements by the end of this academic term. I believe this course is

crucial for my academic and professional development.

Upon reviewing my academic progress, I have identified a subject, Communications

3: Data Communications (ECCE 0324) with 4 units, which is essential for my timely

graduation. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to passed in this

course during the regular registration period. I am keen on ensuring that I meet all the

necessary requirements for graduation, and completing Communications 3: Data

Communications (ECCE 0324) in this semester is crucial for achieving this goal.
 I understand that overloading a subject requires special consideration, this would

increase my total unit load to 19 units for the semester and I assure you that I am fully
