My experience on the IT TOWERS- SIDDIPET

On 26 th October, me (Sriram Shreyas Reddy) along with Baswa shekhar uncle and Rashi aunty visited
the IT towers of siddipet. Baswa Shekar uncle and Rashi aunty are form US. They had set up one of their
companies in the IT towers of siddipet.

Uncle and aunty run a recruiting company which recruits software employees for other companies in the
IT towers. They also provide software solutions for other companies. Coming ot the IT towers, they were
developed by the state government of Telangana to get more employment opportunities to the state.

We started off at 10’o clock in the morning. Most of the journey I was asleep. We reached the IT towers
by 11 am . These towers hosted a lot of tech companies they were also a lot of employees coming up
from the near by town siddipet. When we arrived there, we met a person who was also uncle's close
relative. When we reached the first floor. We were sent to the meeting room, where all the employees
from uncle’s company were waiting. After we arrived, we discussed the location for a while. Then we
discussed the new issues that were coming up. The first one was recruiting of the employees. The
software companies needed people who speak very fluent English. Even though they were good with
coding and programming, the company needed people who would still speak good english. Ther was
also an issue regarding the laptops recived by the uncles company. Most of the laptops were not
working properly therefor were causing problems in the workflow. They also discussed about hiring
engineering interns for the company, one of the reasons for this is that the interns will work for less
money and they also needed this to get into other jobs as they can show this as experience. And I met
another guy whose did his masters in artificial intelligence and machine learning, this is the same field I
want to persue my undergrad degree in. after the meeting we went for a office tour . According to me
the office was really good looking and had amazing architecture. After the office tour we wen tfor lunch
in the near by hotel called minerva hotel. We including the office employees ate a veg thali. This was my
experience on the IT towers.
