Invitation to Bid
for the ESTABLISHMENT OF CALABASA WILDLIFE
REHABILITATION CENTER (PHASE 2)

1. The LGU Gabaldon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the respective
Sanggunian for the calendar year 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos
only (P 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract lbr the ESTABLISHMENT OF CALABASA WILDLIFE
REHABILITATION CENTER (PHASE 2) with Project Identification Number
08252{122-04, Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.

2. The LGU GABALDON now invites bids fbr the above Procurement Project. Completion
of the Works is required one hundred eighfy (180) Calendar Days

3. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly. in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-
discretionary "passfail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

5. Interested bidders may obtain further infonnation from LGU GABALDON and inspect the
Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at 8:00 am to
5:00 pm.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on August


25, 2022 from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee
for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the
amount of One Thousan Pesos Only (P 1,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the
bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees and it will be presented in person.

7. The LGU GABALDON will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on August 31, 2022, l0:00am at
Municipal Conference Hall, Municipal Building, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, which shall be
open to prospective bidders.

8. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretaliat through manual submission at the
office address as indicated below, on or before September 12,2022, 10:00 am. Latebrds
shall not be accepted.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forrns and in the
amount stated in ITB Clause 15.

10. Bid opening shall be on September 12, 2022, 10:20 aru atthe given address below.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend
the activity.

of RANo. 91.84,without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
