Margarine 50 g
Garlicminced 10 g
Onionminced 10 g
Flour 10 g
Milk 100 ml
Best Foods Mayo Magic All Purpose Dressing 1L
Calamansi Juice 10 ml
Cheese, Quickmeltgrated 100 g
Paprika(optional) 1g
Pepperto taste 1g

Fish Fillet Preparation & Serving

Fish Fillet(can be Tanigue, Dory, Salmon) 1000 g


Calamansi Juice 25 g
Knorr Liquid Seasoning 3.8L 25 g
Parsley, chopped 50 g
Prepared Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Calamansi or Lemon, sliced or wedge

Preparation

1 Sauce Preparation

30 minutes
1 Heat a pan and add the margarine.

2 Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3 Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes, then add the flour.

4 Cook the flour in for 1 minute, then add the milk.

5 Remove from heat and allow to cool down.

6 Add the other ingredients and incorporate thoroughly.

2 Fish Fillet Preparation & Serving

10 minutes

1 Season the fish with the ingredients.

2 In a pan, heat a little oil and sear both sides. Do not cook through, only colour the fish.

3 Preheat oven to 180*C.

4 Place the fish in a baking pan and top with the mayonnaise cheese sauce and bake for 12 minutes.

5 Serve with Lemon or Calamansi on the side, then garnish with Parsley.
