TITLE: Prepare the report on the successful Startup’s in India

1.0 RATIONALE:
In these Project we are going create report on successful startups in India such as
Groww, Boat, CRED, Paytm, Zomato .Paytm, with its roots in mobile payments, has evolved
into a multifaceted digital financial services provider, navigating a fiercely competitive market.
CRED has redefined credit card management with its exclusive rewards platform, capturing the
attention of high-credit-score individuals.
Boat's ascent in the consumer electronics space reflects its focus on quality and
innovation amidst global competition. Zomato's journey from restaurant discovery to food
delivery giant underscores its adaptability and market dominance ambitions. Groww's rapid
growth trajectory in the fintech sector highlights its ability to leverage technology and address
evolving investor needs. Looking ahead, each startup faces unique challenges and opportunities
as they chart their course in India's ever-evolving business landscape and beyond.
2.0 AIM AND BENEFITS:
1. To showcase the factors contributing to the startup's success and its impact on the Indian
business landscape.
2. To provide insights into the startup's journey, strategies, and key milestones for aspiring
entrepreneurs.
3. To analyse the startup's growth trajectory, financial performance, and market positioning.
4. To highlight the startup's innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantages in the
Indian market.
5. To offer recommendations and lessons learned for fostering startup success and
sustainability in India.
3.0 COURSE OUTCOME:
a) Identify your entrepreneurial traits.

b) Identify the business opportunities that suits you.

c) Use the support systems to zero down to your business idea.

d) Develop comprehensive business plans.

e) Prepare plans to manage the enterprise effectively

4.0 PROPOSED METHODOLOGY:
 We will communicate with each group member.

 From above discussion we will decide the topic of our microproject.

 We will plan the general structure of the whole project.

 Collect information regarding All Startups.

 After collecting all the information, we will create report on successful startup.

 After that we will make the Final Project report on our project and we will submit it to our
respected subject teacher.
