1. Sensor 1 (Bucket Availability)

Detects whether a bucket is present on the feed conveyor.


If a bucket is detected:
The VFD starts the feed conveyor, allowing material movement.
If no bucket is present:
The VFD keeps the feed conveyor off.

2. Sensor 2 (Bucket Ready for Filling Line)


Senses when the bucket is ready to move from the feed conveyor to the filling line conveyor.
Initiates the following actions:
Motor Stop: When Sensor 2 detects the bucket’s readiness, it stops the feed conveyor.
Motor Start: Once the filling line conveyor is ready, Sensor 2 allows the feed conveyor to start again.
This process ensures smooth transfer of buckets.

Energy Efficiency and Material Flow:


By stopping the feed conveyor when not needed, you optimize energy consumption.
The system ensures efficient material flow without congestion or collisions.

This conveyor system efficiently manages bucket movement, prevents jams, and conserves energy.
