    INITIAL PILE LOAD SCHEME

    Safe Load of Pile = 61 MT


    Test Load on Pile (61 X 2.5) = 152.5 MT
    Load Scheme
    Dia. of Jack Ram = 25.5 cm
    Area of Jack Ram (a) = 510.608 cm²
    Least Count of Pressure Gauge (P) = 10 kg/cm²
    Least Count of Pressure Gauge = P X A = (kg/cm2 X cm2)
    1 Small Division Each = 10 X 510.608
    = 5106.088 Kg
    Say = 5.106 MT

    Each Every Load Increment Approximate ± 20% = (5.1X 2.5 Div) = 12.75 MT
