    5a. Explain the importance of Job satisfaction for an employee as well as an employer.
    5b.What are the factors affecting employees’motivation?
    6. State the difference between Human Relations and Industrial Relations. What are the
    factors required for good Human Relation policy in Food Industry?
    7. What are the causes of Industrial disputes? Explain the Prevention and statement
    Machinery of Industrial Disputes in India.
    8. Write in detail the Safety provisions under the Factories Act, 1948.
