Behind the success of this “LET BREAK THROUGH” seminar is the hard work of each committees.
Without their dedication, patience and hard work, this seminar won’t be successful. The cleanliness
committee is one of the committees that put too much effort to maintain the cleanliness and breathable
environment on the CSPEAR Gymnasium.

A couple of weeks before the seminar, each section of BPED 4th year assigns students who will
be in charge of each committee according to their interest and ability to do the assigned task well. Each
committee had a head committee who led and organized the committee to plan their tasks for that 3-
day seminar. The head committee assigns her members who will be in charge of maintaining cleanliness
during that 3-day seminar. Unfortunately, there is no fund for the cleaning materials that could be used
for the event. That's why the head of the committee took immediate action for that particular problem.
The head of the committee assigns her members to bring their own cleaning materials.
 A day before the seminar starts, each committee does its task. The cleanliness committee
maintains the cleanliness of the event venue, which is the CSPEAR Gymnasium. It was a tiring day, but
yet, it was satisfying to see that everyone worked together to have a better venue for that seminar.
January 10, 2024, was the first day of the seminar. Everyone is doing their task; the cleanliness
committee is coming to the event place early to do their task. Everyone is excited to see the speaker yet,
excited to learn. The first day of the seminar went well. After the event, the committee make sure the
cleanliness of the CSPEAR gymnasium. As per the CvSU rule “Garbage in, Garbage Out," the garbage that
the cleanliness committee collects is brought to the house of one of the students who insists on bringing
that garbage to their house. January 11, 2024, the second day of the seminar. It was also successful. The
duties of the cleanliness committee are done very well. Followed by January 12, 2024, the last and
third day of the “LET BREAK THROUGH” seminar. It was a successful day of the seminar. The duties of
each committee were done. The cleanliness committee helped remove the stage and everything that
was used in the seminar. Each committee’s teamwork makes the duties easier and more successful.
