Issues raised during the crafting of the Proposed PBA:

 No clear provision who will sign and seal what particular documents
 No definitions for each particular building document, say architectural, etc.
 Referral technical codes will be relegated to technical standards
 Too much emphasis on structural aspect of building
 Municipal engineers acting as LBO
 Appropriate staffing for LBO; architect to evaluate architectural documents, etc.
