Viewpointe is one of the Check Processing application in US. Which is containing multiple applications for
load and unload Check processing. The major applications are CG3Load which will load the check in the
system, CG3Viper which will retrieve the data from the DB and CG3Unload which will delete the data
from the application.
Responsible for Monitoring, Analyzing, Providing response and Solution of ALM Incidents without any
SLA's.

Nelnet Business solutions is a US based financial firm which provides tuition management services for K-
12 schools, campus commerce solutions for higher education institutions, and payment processing
solutions for municipalities. Their comprehensive suite of services includes automated billing and
payment processing, commerce management, tuition payment plans, financial aid assessment,
cashiering solutions, and student refunds. These services are used by approximately 700 higher
education campuses, 5,500 K-12 schools, nearly 2 million students and families nationwide, and 85
municipality locations.
QuikPAY is a core campus commerce platform. QuikPAY displays online tuition bills to the student and
their authorized payers and supports online payment and refund transactions.
QuikPAY is one the Financing application of Nelnet. The major modules of QuikPAY is eBill and ePAY,
Commerce Manager, Payment Plans, Refunds…etc.

The Resource Analytics Hub implements a comprehensive environment for the analysis of the workforce
to support the capacity management, expertise management and resource deployment processes in a
global context. Rather than a series of discrete “reports”, the Hub is designed to connect all relevant
information in a seamless fashion. This enables business leaders to get a top level view and then drill
down to problem areas and get answers with a high degree of specificity. The system is also designed
with entry points at different levels of detail, so that a specialist can establish an environment that is most
relevant to their domain. The Resource Analytics module supports the delivery of Global Resource and
Capacity Management Metrics using the BRRT reporting system which captures data from various IBM
trusted sources and presents them in Excel reporting formats.

eCIS is a J2EE web-based application created based on a three-tiered design. Service Master having
number of franchises and braches. One of the business units is Merrymaids. Merry maids provide two
types of cleaning systems, first one is House Cleaning and second one is Window Cleaning. eCIS
maintains the information of service master and cleaning systems.
