Some people say that government is responsible for public safety. Others, however,
say that it should be left primarily to individuals to decide. Discuss both views
and give your opinion.

People are divided in their opinion about the responsibility for the safety of
people. Some people think that the government should take responsibility for public
safety, while others believe that it should be left primarily to individuals to
decide. From my point of view, each person should be responsible for their own
safety, as well as the government should provide them with this.

On the one hand, the authorities of the country are obliged to take care of the
lives of their citizens. Such frequent problems as air and water pollution harm our
safety and there are risks associated with people's lives. Factories are the main
cause of such issues. No matter how many people tried to reach the authorities,
they do not pay attention to it, because factories are what gives profit to the
government, and people can wait. It is necessary to introduce restrictions in the
form of fines on the location of factories in suburban areas.

On the other hand, it cannot be denied that everyone can play an important role in
protecting their own neighborhood. If the give pays attention to the protection of
nature, then people, using their own vehicles only in rare cases, would be able to
protect the environment. Another possibility is waste recycling. By preventing
plastic waste from entering waterways and polluting them, people can preserve
drinking water and its inhabitants.

In conclusion, due to the large amount of work, using all possible forces is a more
reasonable approach. Therefore, it is likely that the joint efforts of both
governments and their citizens will lead to the most effective way to preserve the
environment.
