India is the second largest consumers and producers of tobacco
and cigarette. The prices of tobacco in India is low, which makes
the people buy the drug easily. Up to 267 million Indians aged 15+
smoke and this is one of the reasons that deaths, health issues,
diseases and more are caused.

Comparing India and China with the number of smoker’s , they are both similar
but India slightly has more smokers then China. The reason that they both have
similar results are that these two countries have a lot of population as China has
the largest population in the world and now India is catching up with China, Next
China and India are the biggest producers and consumers of tobacco in the
world. This causes lots of deaths and health issues as more people smoke.
Smoking also causes environmental issues like pollution, the pollution can be
caused by smoking as China is the first most polluted country and India’s the
second most polluted country.
