To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter to make a recommendation for Vanessa Loza, who is currently a
Pharmacy Operations Manager.

I have known Vanessa for over ten years as her supervisor, at Walgreens and have nothing
but positive things to say about her as an employee. There is no doubt in my mind that
Vanessa will be a tremendous asset to any company that chooses to employ her. I have
always known her to be a person of wonderful character, well disciplined, flexible, honest,
patient and with a great ambition to learn and grow, within her position and within the
company. Over the course of ten years, I have witnessed vast growth in Vanessa’s ability to
communicate, her leadership skills and ability to work as a team, along with her problem-
solving skills. I am certain that these cultivated skills will allow Vanessa to continue to
excel.

Vanessa has been a reliable employee for the same company for over twenty years. She has
excelled in her current position as Pharmacy Operations Manager. I feel that she has the
capability to adapt and be successful in any position that is being offered to her.
