Organizational Development. Is The course not only equipped me

with theoretical knowledge but also challenged me to apply these
concepts in real-world scenarios.
Mr. Arnold Briones, our esteemed instructor, played a pivotal role
in shaping my understanding of Organizational Development. His
passion for the subject was contagious, fostering an environment
where learning was not just about memorizing theories but about
comprehending their practical implications.
This has been instrumental in shaping me into a better person,
imparting valuable lessons on effective time and stress
management. It had played vital role in honing my communication
skills fostering an improvement in my ability to articulate ideas.
Additionally, it has elevated both my critical thinking and
strategic planning skills. one cherished piece of advice from our
instructor echoes in my mind daily: “Make your time productive.”
these simple yet profound words have triggered a transformation in
my daily routines. This serve as a constant reminder for me to
strive for continual self-improvement and keep moving forward in
the pursuit of my personal growth.
The collaborative and group activities were instrumental in honing
my teamwork and leadership skills. The diversity of perspectives
within the class enriched our discussions and broadened my
