 VILLA CAMALIG: FUNCTION HALL

FLOOR PLAN
 Located at Abucay, Bataan, Villa Camalig is hidden away from the busy environment of City of
Balanga. Surrounding with Mango Trees and various kinds of tropical plants. The owner decided to
add an additional function hall at the front of the two existing villa’s inside. Since there is already an
existing adobe, the Architect wants to preserve it and use it as an accent to the function hall of Villa
Camalig ending up with a Modern Rustic design that suitably blends with the existing two villa’s.

INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
 VILLA CAMALIG: SINGLE STOREY RESIDENTIAL
Located at Abucay, Bataan, the site is located at a sloped terrain and full of mango trees. The
Architect decided to designed it to be on stilts, so it will not affect the natural ground under
it and for its cost effectivity. since the site is also a plantation of mango trees, Architect play
with neutral colors so it will blend to it surroundings. It was also designed to be connected at
the existing swimming pool so that the family will have an easy access for it.

FLOOR PLAN
VILLA CAMALIG’S INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
 CHULA VISTA RESORT
Sitting at a sloped terrain, the owner decided to turn the old billiard alley to
a resort. As per the owner’s request ‘Make it as minimalist as possible.’ The Architect
and his team made it minimalist yet plays with different geometric figures to make the
design simple yet playful. From the windows that creates a mores code ‘Chula Vista’,
the spiral staircase going the balcony upstairs and the three tiered swimming pools that
is chamfered and followed the slopy terrain. And since the project is located at a high
elevation, the Architect decided to locate the swimming pool at the South East where
every guest can enjoy both swimming and the magnificent view of the sunrise.

 SILVER LAND RESORT

FLOOR PLAN
 The Silver Land Resort, is the extension of the existing
commercial establishment in front of it. Since the owner comes from the
middle east, the Architect proposed a modern Islamic architectural style.
Playing with geometry and continuous pattern as well as bold colors. Giving
a vibe to the users an elegant, yet a new place for them to enjoy their stay
in.

The Architect designs a subdivision that blends in with the nature of the
mountains of Bagac, Bataan. Located at a steeply sloping terrain the proposed
subdivision follows the terrain which also helps with its playful site planning.
Neutral hues and geometric patterns helps to make it more friendlier and
healthier not only for the users but also for the nature itself.

 THE HILLS
The Hills is a resort, located at the top of Tala, Orani, Bataan. The Hills was envisioned as a resort
that the building will blend with the nature and use it as a escape to the busy world. We can Enjoy
privacy as each suites has its own jacuzzi, take a spa were we can release out the stress away and a
horse back riding where we can have a small adventure.

Since it was envisioned as mostly as wellness, the Architect uses all neutral colors to
help it blend with nature, steep roof for it is in the middle of a forest and uses the slope to also
incorporate it to the design instead of treating it as a solution.
