2. Introduction
Cylinder cascades are used for storage and transportation of gas at different places. The objective of FEA of 60 cylinder
cascade is to determine the structural integrity of the cascade in various loading conditions.

3. Assumptions & Idealisations
 Material of construction has uniform physical/mechanical properties.
 Good manufacturing practices are followed to ensure quality requirement.

5. Methodology (Process)
 Geometry clean-up was performed using supplied 3D CAD Model.
 The model was meshed with quad, tria, beam & rbe3 elements and checked for quality criteria.
 Material properties & boundary conditions were applied for mentioned load cases to obtain the results.

22. Conclusion
 It is observed that the peak stress within cascade structure are well below the yield strength, Hence 4-G load is stable in all
boundary conditions and cascade frame structure is Safe to carry for fleet service condition with high pressure gas container.
