    Next day VP Singh informed the parliament about decision

    ---> The senior officer of deparment drafted drafted the order in line with the
    Cabinet decision and took Minester"s approvel. An officer singed the order on
    behalf of goverment.
    It was the reason for protest some of them were also voilent

    --> Some people opposed this and filed the case in supreme court

    'Indira Swahney Vs Union of India case .

    ------> 11 JUdges of Supreme court heard the decision on both side and declaered
    that the benifit of reservation should be given .
