Position Title : Talent Acquisition – Strategy Specialist

Department : Human Resources

Location : Goa Manufacturing facility

Reports to : CHRO

Job Overview:
As the Deputy Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition Strategy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in
developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
for Encube Ethicals Pvt. Ltd. You will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring
managers and key stakeholders to ensure the organization's talent needs are met in alignment with
business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute holistic talent acquisition strategies in line with company objectives, both
immediate and long-term.
2. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, offering mentorship, guidance, and coaching to optimize
their performance and meet recruitment goals.
3. Continuously assess and refine recruitment procedures to bolster efficiency, elevate candidate
experiences, and uphold legal and organizational standards.
4. Oversee the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage
top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and
employee referrals.
5. Take proactive steps to establish and manage talent pipelines for pivotal roles, ensuring a
consistent pool of qualified candidates for present and future hiring needs.
6. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to grasp their talent requisites,
offer strategic counsel on recruitment methodologies, and ensure synergy between talent
acquisition endeavors and business aims.
7. Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-driven
recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, fostering an
environment of inclusivity by curating diverse candidate pools and promoting an inclusive hiring
ethos.
9. Foster and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent
acquisition collaborators as required to support organizational objectives.
Skills, Experience & Qualification required:

1. Any graduate and MBA in Human Resources or Master in Psychology.


2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with 2+ years in a
leadership or managerial role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing
team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
8. Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
