 We shall submit to you our calibration report giving traceability certificate reference.
 Kindly note that the calibration / Validation charges are payable even if the instrument performance is observed
to be beyond its declared specifications.
 While submitting instruments / equipments to our Laboratory or Mumbai office for calibration, please send
letter / Challan along with the sample with required information (Example for : Calibration points, Recalibration
Frequency, Id/ No, Equipment Location & Report in the name of )as applicable
 Payment terms: I) For On Site Job: 100% payment against Pro-forma invoice.
II) For Lab Job: 100% payment against instruments while collecting from our Lab / Office.
 Valid for 15 days from the date of the offer and subject to written confirmation thereafter.
