As per SERB norms, institutions other than public-funded institutions are required to submit a
surety bond on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 and sign in original.

Therefore, Parent institute “Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College” is requested

to provide the Surety Bond as per the details are given below:

Sanction Order No. TAR/2023/000313 Dated 22 February, 2024

The project titled “Tracking the fluxes: Remote sensing of river discharge and suspended material
deposits in coastal regions” has been approved by the Science and Engineering Research Board
(SERB) with the total cost of Rs. 8,25,000/- for duration of 36 months.

Sanction of the competent authority is hereby accorded to the payment of a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- to
the Parent institute being the grant for the financial year 2023-24.

You are requested to kindly submit the original hard copy of surety bond (format attached herewith)
and NAAC certificate within 15 days to below mentioned address for further process.
