Abstract
This research report examines Prime Bank Limited in great detail, with a particular
emphasis on the bank's credit standing and deposit mobilization situation. To serve the
people of Nepal, Prime Bank Limited was founded in 1998 and has quickly made a name
for itself in the banking industry there.

The study uses primary and secondary data sources in a descriptive research design. The
evaluation spans five years, from 2073/74 to 2077/78, and aims to evaluate the bank's
financial outcomes and deposit patterns.

Key Findings:

i. The upward direction of current deposit growth indicates strong attempts to

mobilize deposits.
ii. The increase of savings deposits is also rising, which is suggestive of growing
customer loyalty and confidence within the bank.
iii. Although it changed over time, fixed deposit growth has remained strong and has
helped the bank's entire deposit structure.
iv. There are phases in the growth of call deposits, with both boom and decline phases.
v. With several years of changes, Prime Bank Limited's deposit position shows an
overall increasing tendency.
vi. Over the course of the study, Prime Bank's credit situation has fluctuated.
vii. By keeping control of its overall deposit-to-credit ratio, the bank has made sure that
its financial operations remain stable.

Conclusion:

Prime Bank Limited has become an important player in Nepal's economic environment,
fostering the country's economic expansion and advancement. Proactive deposit
mobilization tactics of the bank have led to a continuous increase in several deposit
categories. The bank has kept control over its deposit-to-credit ratio, guaranteeing strong
financial health, notwithstanding unexpected fluctuations.

v
In the future, Prime Bank Limited has to continue in increasing its efforts to mobilize
deposits, capitalizing on creative services to draw in a broader customer. Sustaining long-
term development and profitability will also require careful risk management techniques
and a balanced credit portfolio.

All things considered, the analysis highlights Prime Bank Limited's promising future and
success in Nepal's thriving banking sector.
