The aforementioned vendor agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulation of Techmotive Venture
(here in referred to as KITAMEN SHAH ALAM) and Alam Sentral Management. Vendor agrees to be
solely responsible for loss or damage to sale articles and any vendor property and to hold KITAMEN
SHAH ALAM harmless from any liability, which may result from vendor’s negligence or willful
misconduct.

The aforementioned vendor shall remit payment in full with this agreement. Cancellation may be made
in writing, via email, or by contacting Azam Azli at (011) 2646-7549. The vendor may cancel a reservation
4 business days prior to the dates(s) specified above with full refund. If vendor fails to cancel reservation
in the stated manner, payment is forfeited.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

Please read the following rules and regulation before completing the vendor application.

1. Single booth space is as per selected in the vendor application form.

2. Spaces are limited.
3. Setup time starts Thursday (24 October 2019) Starts 10.00pm – 1.00am. Vehicle are allowed to
park and unload through main entrance before 12.00am. All vehicle shall use the mall loading
bay area after 12.00am. All vehicles must be out of the mall area by 1.00am.
4. Event Duration are 10.00am – 10.00pm for Three (3) days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). No one is
to tear down before 10.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the Event
Committee.
5. Parking is not provided.
6. We retain the right to select vendors and decisions are FINAL.
7. Please list all items being sold/on display on your application.
8. All vendors MUST supply their own set-up (i.e tables, chair, canopy, etc).
Unless the item is agreed prior with the Event Committee for specific items (i.e tables, chair,
canopy, etc).
The organizer is not liable for any items damaged.
9. Each vendor area must be kept clean ALL times.
10. For the concern and safety of everyone, NO guns that shoot objects will be allowed to be sold or
displayed at this event.
11. This is a Three (3) day event.
12. No refund.
