Directions: You are planning to establish your own business in your community. As a business-
minded individual, consider any business you would like to launch in your community. By
creating Business Plan (Portfolio), you can be able to discuss your business plan that will help
your community. Using your Performance Task nos. 1-3 you can be able to create your final
business plan. Explain any activities you think will benefit the communities that will promote
your success by providing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Business Beliefs, and a Code of
Ethics.

Tasks: Design and create a comprehensive business plan (portfolio) using the given format.

Format:
• Business plan (portfolio) that contains the following:

B. Introduction of the Business

o Design your business logo (you may use any editing
application (e.g: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Description of the Name and Logo of the Business
o Explain the name and logo of your business.
C. Description of the Business
• Vision and Mission of the Business (Business Beliefs/Core
Principles)
o Describe briefly how you foresee your business in the
future.
o Give at least 3 core principles that you may use in your
business.
• Objectives of the Business
o Give at least 5 objectives of your business.
• Business product/services
o Include pictures and descriptions of each business
product/service.
 D. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Give at least 3 (three) projects you want to participate in for your
CSR. Explain each project on how your business can help or
participate.
E. Code of Ethics/Conduct of the Business
• As the owner of your business, create a Code of Ethics or Code of
Conduct for your business.
