    1. Reference: ASA Nr 2300-2023-2023 dtd 14 November 2023.

    2. In the reference above, request that this Command will avail cash advance
    in the amount of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND TWENTY PESOS ONLY
    (PhP87,020.00) in Support for the upcoming Press Conference of ASCOD Sabrah Light
    Tank.

    3. The unit is in dire need to cash advance this fund to support the immediate
    requirements of this Command.
