1. Reference: 16th Belenismo sa Tarlac 2023.

2. In reference, be informed that the 16th Belenismo sa Tarlac was formally

opened last 06 November 2023 at Saint Michael’s Park, Camp Servillano Aquino, San
Miguel, Tarlac City. Relatedly, the office of the AC of S for CMO, G7/DPAO are the office
primarily responsible (OPR) in accomplishing implied tasks and in the Photo/Video
coverage of the following activities in coordination with HNOLCOM, PNP counterparts,
3Mech Bn, and other stakeholders:

11 Nov ’23 Belenismo diplomatic tour of 7 Ambassadors and their families
14 Nov ‘23 Belenismo final judging of qualified entries

3. In view hereof, respectfully request that Cpl Dhex R Capiral (Arm) PA, PFC
Reymart B Corpuz (Arm) PA & Pvt Jezreel V Callo (Arm) PA of this office be exempt from
any sentinel/guard duty from 10-30 November 2023.
