Unloading standard for fiber laser metal

plate cutting machine
1. Purpose
To regulate container unloading standard, reduce equipment damage and casualties caused by
improper operation, and avoid economic disputes caused by collision damage during transportation.

2. Range of application
Applicable to all Bodor fiber laser metal plate cutting machines.

3. Detailed steps
3.1 Devanning and checking
3.1.1 Check whether the container fixing rope is loose or broken.

3.1.2 Check whether the equipment and wooden cases have a serious collision or displacement.

3.1.3 Check whether the anti-inversion and anti-collision logos on wooden boxes are normal
(normal-colorless, abnormal-red), as shown in Pic 3-1-3. Please take clear pictures if the
logos are under abnormal state (the pictures need to be really clear).

3.1.4 Please preserve the package box and take clear pictures of the damaged position once
the above-mentioned situations (3.1.1/3.1.2/3.1.3) are abnormal. If the machine is
delivered by air transportation, please unpack and check whether the machine is
intact on site, and sign after confirmation. If the machine is not intact, please reject
and contact us. For sea or land transportation, if the equipment is damaged, the
receiving party shall immediately report to the insurance company on the insurance
policy and protect the site, and contact with our customer service department to
determine the final solution.

3.2 Unload the machine from the container

3.2.1 Remove the wooden case wirerope (Pic 3-2-1-1) and lathe bed wirerope (Pic 3-2-1-2)

3.2.2 Remove all the leg fixing blocks if has. As shown in Pic 3-2-2

3.2.3 Pull the lathe bed out of the container.

3.2.3.1 Moving tools needed, Please choose suitable lifting tools according to the weight of
your equipment and your plant site. Note: The lifting of equipment requires
professional operation. Bodor Laser is not responsible for any damage to the machine
caused by operation problems.

3.2.3.2 Pull the lathe bed out of container by forklift, please note to haul the machine legs
rather than sheet metal parts when drag the machine out of container to avoid
machine damage and sheet metal parts damage (the sealed gown can be removed
when loading and unloading to observe the state of machine if necessary). Stop
dragging when the lifting hooks are exposed (the first half of lathe bed still inside
container, the second half lifted by forklift). The forklift fork is not allowed to leave the
bed during towing (otherwise a serious accident may occur). As shown in Pic 3.2.3.2

3.2.3.3 Use another forklift or crane to lift the lathe bed smoothly and move the lathe bed to
the equipment installation position after the truck drove away. Different machines
have different lifting points, please check the lifting point icons on your machine. As
shown in Pic 3.2.3.3-1; Schematic diagram of machine lifting as shown in Pic

Note:It is recommended to use a crane and a forklift when unloading, if use two forklifts
will increase the difficulty of positioning the bed.

3.2.3.4 Other similar machines such as rear lathe bed, tube cutting part for FT series, the
unloading refer to the front lathe bed. Forklift point and lifting diagram of tube
cutting machine as shown in Pic 3.2.3.4-1 and Pic 3.2.3.4-2

3.2.4 Remove the parts packed in wooden case from the container

3.2.4.1 Move the wooden cases to container door by pallet truck, then move to installation
position by forklift. As shown in Pic 3.2.4.1-1 and Pic 3.2.4.1-2

4. Remove equipment packaging

4.1 Equipment packed in wooden cases please remove the packing tape first, then remove the
planks in the order from top to bottom to avoid damage to the equipment inside. Please
refer to the instruction outside the case when unpack special wooden cases. Do not use
sharp object to open the protective film to avoid scratches and damage to the circuit and
gas pipeline. Our company is not responsible for customer damage.

4.2 Generally laser source is placed inside wooden case, please unpack it carefully. Take special
care not to damage the fiber optical cable. To better protect the equipment, don’t tear off
the packaging film before confirming the installation position.

5. Flat rack(FR) unloading

5.1 FR unloading
Unload by ten-ton or above travelling crane and crane. Lifting way and forklift position
refer to Pic 5.1.1-1. To prevent deformation of RF when lifting, two lifting
frames are sent along with the RF as shown in Pic 5.1.1-2.

bottom to avoid damage to the equipment inside. Please refer to the instruction
outside the case when unpack special wooden cases. Do not use sharp object to open
the protective film to avoid scratches and damage to the circuit and gas pipeline. Our
