JOURNEY

MY ARTWORK:

In this digital artwork I used vertical lines, horizontal lines, spiral, diagonal lines for more
emphasis and to also add texture to the artwork. I stick to black color only, I tried to make use of
one of the colors in color theory but didn’t get much satisfaction to it. I also used some shapes
such as cone.

All of us in our lives are on a journey and must continue to learn, adapt, and continue no matter
how rigid our roads may seem. I drew a digital drawing entitled journey. Why? A road is a path
of which each of us must take whether it is for our goals, family, or for achievements in life.
Sometimes there are difficult decisions that we must make sometimes we pick the wrong path
but this doesn’t really mean that we failed. All roads are connected these hindrances are just
process for us to evolve or should we say “for us to level up”. I slightly blur it at the end of the
path, the meaning behind this is that when we start and set on our voyage especially now that we
are starting to becoming more like an adult; at first, we foresaw the start of our journey to be
easy and doesn’t be bothered at all like it will all go to plan but the scenario does not always
result to that. We may be surprised on what’s on the other side, it may be good or bad but that’s
just how it is. Life is what they say full of surprises, so just sit and enjoy the travel.
