Mechanical CAE engineer and R&D

Responsibilities:

• Investigate concrete breaking behavior with the loading to different types of tooling heads
onto various UCS class and sizes of concrete samples through LS-DYNA FE simulation.
• Acquiring static Weibull model for concrete indentation force-penetration data.
• Concrete sample preparation by ISO concrete compression test standard.
• Fixation solution for laser displacement measurement on concrete indention test config.
• Conducting concrete indentation tests, acquire and demonstrate material breaking behavior.

Atlas Copco tooling project to automobile industries– Goteborg, 2017.3 – 2020.1
Mechanical Project Engineer

Details: Applicational design for Atlas Copco tooling machine to eliminate obstacles happening in the
industry assembly line.

Responsibilities:

• 20+ projects with skills in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor CAD engineering with proficiency in
manufacturing.
• 10+ projects of Atlas Copco tooling to (Volvo, Scania, Toyota) vehicle and truck assembly lines have
been on-site installed.
• 3 project experience of pneumatic controlling circuits for crane arm and tooling machine.
• 1 project experience in CAE analysis including critical stress distribution, for Atlas Copco tooling
Arm post design by Abaqus.
