How to make a Pizza of oatmeal and


cabbage.
This recipe is from my aunt who use to adapt the traditional recipes for veganized
recipes, in this case a pizza of oatmeal and cabbage.

First, put water and the cabbage in a pot, and let it boil for a few minutes, while the
water boil, you need to crush the oatmeal, you can help it with a blend. Then in a bowl,
put the cabbage with the oatmeal, season with salt and pepper, then mix them. Next,
you need to preheat the oven for 180°C for 15 minutes, after the oven is preheat, put
the mix on a plate and the put on the oven. Cooking for 20 minutes. For the sauce,
first on a frying pan put chopped garlic and onion with a little of olive oil, when the
onion becomes transparent add the tomatoes and with a glass crushes them, and
then add the basil and let it boil for 15 minutes. After that, put on the mass of the pizza
the sauce of tomatoe, with some vegan cheese and slices of tomatoe, and turn it back
to the oven but now for 10 minutes. As soon as the cheese is melted, take the pizza
out of the oven. Finally, the pizza will be ready to eat. Enjoy .
