How To Make Vegetable Salad
Ingredients :
75 grams of lettuce leaves, shredded
60 grams green cucumber, thinly sliced
55 grams of carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, halved, thinly sliced
180 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
Pepper powder and salt to taste
Sauce Ingredients :
200 grams mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped pickles
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
2 tablespoons chopped red peppers
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
Ground pepper and salt to taste
How to Make :
1. Put all the vegetable ingredients into a bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Stir until evenly
mixed.
2. Thousand Island Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Pour enough Thousand Island dressing over the salad. Mix well. Serve.
