How to Make Vegetable Salad

Ingredients :
 75 grams of lettuce leaves, shredded
 60 grams green cucumber, thinly sliced
 55 grams of carrots, cut into matchsticks
 1 red bell pepper, halved, thinly sliced
 180 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
 Pepper powder and salt to taste

Sauce Ingredients :
 200 grams mayonnaise
 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
 2 tablespoons chopped red peppers
 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 1 tablespoon honey
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 Ground pepper and salt to taste

How to Make :
1. Put all the vegetable ingredients into a bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Stir until evenly
mixed.
2. Thousand Island Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Pour enough Thousand Island dressing over the salad. Mix well. Serve.
