REQUEST FOR REGULAR ACTION RESEARCH CONSULTATION

Dear Mr. Del Rosario:

A pleasant day, Sir! We, the undersigned, are bona fide students of the Institute of Education at
Bulacan Agricultural State College. We are currently conducting our action research entitled
PROJECT PARA: PICTURES, AUDIO, RELAY, AND ACTION STRATEGY ON
LEARNERS’ READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS IN ENGLISH. Due to time and
distance constraints prompted by our teaching internship in our cooperating school, we may
experience having a hard time reaching to one another because of the differences of our
schedule. In order for us to avoid these circumstances and uncomplicate our schedules, we are
proposing to have a regular consultation/checking schedule for our ongoing action research.
Specifically, we are modestly requesting to have it every Monday, 1:00-2:30 PM when we are
expected to be physically present in our college area for our mock examinations.

We hope that you'll respond positively to this request and allocate the necessary resources to
accommodate our needs, as it would greatly contribute to the success of our study. Thank you
