profitability and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Liaise with functional directors across the organization to build teams.
Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver
on organizational goals.
Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational
competencies to thrive.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
Foster long-term relationships with current talents, past and potential candidates.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are efficiently
utilised.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on
organizational goals.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future
opportunities
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
